As far as location, this was great. However, the bed comforter just looked dirty. This is not a great hotel, but for the money it was just fine. I only spent one night. This has to be the most quiet hotel in which I've stayed.

The bed was a king. And it was very nice. I sleep like a baby. The bathroom was ok. It was so bad Im still itching from all nasty. If you like bugs book it. If you like not sleeping because you are itching so badly.

I was in Richmond for a Friday business meeting--stayed at a pricey well-known downtown chain hotel--company expense. Then decided to extend my trip for the weekend--at my expense. The Baymont offered me two nights for less than one night downtown--with free internet ($12.95 per day at downtown hotel); complimentary coffee (good, I might add) and breakfast; convenient shopping and restaurants close by; easy interstate access. Actually, my room at the Baymont was more sound-insulated than at the costlier well-known one.

Convenient location. There was a roach on the wall/hair on the lid of the toilet. Ok if saving money is your major concern. The room was rough around the edges. I did see a roach in the room and the lid to the toilet had 2 long hairs on it.

Perfect location for my needs. Would use again.

Staff ended personal phone call to accept my registration. Poor location for my needs in Richmond. Called "executive center" it seemed more of a "lovers tryst." loud music heard in the hallway from various rooms, inconvenient entryway with 3 steps up and barely enough room to set baggage down to open the door. Decor in the room was attractive and bathroom was clean.

The hotel was great! I would definatly recommend it. Although I didn't see the fitness center or pool, we only stayed one night. The business center has three computers and it was nice. The breakfast was a little more than I had seen at any other hotel(eggs, sausage, yogurt, waffles). Although the halls smelled a little funny the room didn't and the room was very nice and comfy. I would definatly stay there again.

Front desk clerk did her best under circumstances. First room assigned had no electricity; second room not secure. Room was clean and linens were fresh. Breakfast included make your own waffles. General maintenance and public areas suffered from neglect. Downtown Richmond in 10 minutes by car.

We live in the area, but decided to have a mini-getaway. The hotel is easy tofid and surrounded by pretty decent restaurants. The kids loved the pool. The complimentary breakfast was a nice treat!

Quiet, inexpensive hotel in a convenient location. Heater is not very easy to adjust. The comfort inn executive center in Richmond, van is no landau, but it's located close to the interstate, right next to an olive garden and a waffle house. The first night I was there, I settled in, strolled next door and had a nice risotto. The next morning, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast--much more than just coffee and doughnuts, it included fruit, cereal, waffles (!) And more, including a free newspaper. The staff was very kind and helpful; parking is a snap. The only things that marred my stay were: a temperamental heater (either on full-bore or barely at all), a broken ice machine, and a faulty key card (promptly and cheerfully replaced). I would say this was worth the low price I requested--I didn't expect to find anything at all for. Thanks,

I was surprised at the low price and decided to give it a try. The linens were clean, and the bed was comfortable, but the walls of the room and the bathroom needed repair and there was not wireless internet. It was a good value for the money in this location if all you want is a place to sleep, but I would not stay again as my sinuses were negatively affected, maybe by the room deodorizer they use, and I can afford to pay for something better.

Location. Dirty and outdated. I will never stay in a two-star hotel again if this is what it's like. There were bugs in my bed! Needless to say, I slept very little and this was only after moving to another room at 2 a.m. The window did not work (would not open) and there wasn't even an elevator in the building. What a disgrace.

Location. No ice. Okay place. I was there for one night. (Ice maker wasn't working was probably the only major complaint.

The location and the staff was great. Breakfast was OK. Hallways seemed a little dirty. Overall this was a good hotel. The convince of where it was located ... right off the highway worked out great with our travel plans. A few large restaurants were nearby for our dinner. The free breakfast was OK, not a lot of choices. The hallways seemed a little dirty. The staff was very friendly!
