Welcome to Baymont Inn and Suites Pella. We are conveniently located off Highway 163 at Exit 40, the hotel is close to downtown Pella attractions such as the Historical Village, Lake Red Rock, the Vermeer Windmill, Vermeer Museum, Bos Landen Golf Resort and the Molengracht Plaza with its many businesses. The Des Moines International Airport is about one hour away. This is a nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and quiet and the make your own waffles were good.

Staff friendly and attentive, room very clean and functional. I would recommend this hotel highly for anyone needing a room near Highway 163. Very easy to get to and very clean.

Whirlpool was not operational and hadn't been for sometime! Non-working whirlpool which was disappointing. Breafast bar was good however, nice variety and well maintained.

It served our purposes perfectly. We were in town to visit relatives and did not need anything more. The exercise room was not air conditioned.

Had all I need, clean, refrigerator, microwave, excellent staff, accessable. Breakfast could be better, but the price made that okay. Good hotel at a great price, has a room refrig, and microwave, clean, and accessable from the highway. Nice friendly staff.

It was convient and priced right, also in nice neighborhood. Beds were worn or quite soft. Nice neighborhood, clean lobby, close to where we needed to be and the price was correct for the occaision.

The staff was friendly. Hot tub wasn't working. The first room we rec'd hadn't been cleaned. We were disappointed to find out the whirlpool was out-of-order. When we talked to the staff about it, they let us use the whirlpool in a private room, which we appreciated. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Very nice staff and great room. The smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways. Great value, great motel, quiet and clean. Other than the slight smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways it is very nice. I wish I had brought my swimming suit.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was never anyone at the front desk. We waited 15 minutes to check in. The Baymont was easy to get to and the rooms were clean. The only bad thing was the lack of front desk employees. We waited over 15 minutes before someone came to the front desk to check us in. During check out, we waited 10 minutes and finally starting walking around the hotel to look for an employee. They should better staff the front desk.

Very clean, excellent cont. Breakfast. Older kids were throwing a hard football in the pool area. The hotel was very nice and very easy to get to. Staff was excellent.

Clean, well maintained and the staff was very pleasant. We would highly reccommend this hotel for other travelers. It is fairly new, clean, well cared for and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice visit.

Staff was friendly. Cold pool. Cold whirlpool. Toilet in pool area filthy and plugged. We always stayed here on our trips to Pella but might change hotels after our last stay. Pool was cold, whirlpool was chilly, not full of water and the jets didn't work properly. The toilet in pool area needed to be plunged and looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in ages. A sign in pool area said, No alcohol in pool area was completely ignored. I observed coolers of beer being brought in. My friend said this hotel is getting to be known as the party place in Pella. On the plus side, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The personnel and the quietness and comfort. The hot tub was not working and the pool area was too chilly. The bathroom toilet was stopped up. This is our first stay at this hotel al though we go to Pella at least once or twice a year. The hotel is right off the highway and near the east entrance to the town of Pella. You have to drive into the town, it is not within walking distance. The hotel is very nice, clean, quiet and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. Although the breakfast is not a banquet, it is satisfying enough to get us through till lunch and the area where they serve was very nice.
