The room smelled musty when we entered. We turned up the AC while we went to dinner, thinking it might help reduce the smell. It didn't. Breakfast was OK (waffles but no other hot items).

Convient. Smell in room. Hotel overall good. Room smelled.

We booked online for New Years week-end stay. This motel was very conveniently located to Harrah's casino. There was no problem what so ever with our reservation or our room being ready on time (even though we checked in a bit early). Our room was spotlessly clean and smelled nice and fresh. Cleanliness is the #1 issue with any place we stay. The staff were all very courteous and friendly. We will definately stay here in the future and highly recommend this motel.

Very few hotels were able to accept reservations sue to ASA Tournement and the Baymont was availible. Personel were friendly. Rooms were moderatley furnised without a refrigerator.

Cleanliness, cookies, and snacks available. Clean and convenient location.

The staff was excellent. They were so friendly. The room was very clean and well taken care of. I admitt the carpet needed up dating, but it was overall very enjoyable. We could not beat the price anywhere else.

Was not aware pets were allowed in this hotel and 1st floor is dedicated to pet travelers. - Outside of Hotel smelled very bad. - Ants were in 1st floor room and there was an awful urine smell in room. - Also pictures on internet of "Breakfast Bar/Buffet " were incorrect - pictures were disceiving.

Right on the Interstate. The room smelled moldy. The hotel has seen better days. The staff was fine but the facility needs updating. Our room was tired looking, smelled moldy and was generally depressing.

We stayed at Baymont on our way from KC to ATL. It was an okay place for a one day stopover, but the beds were hard and our room was well-used. Still, after a long bit on the road, the room was a welcome relief. If you're looking for something fancy, this ain't it.

Since the Baymont was just an overnight stop on our trip, it was adequate for our needs. The decor could be updated. The wallpaper needed either to be replaced or removed and the room painted. Although the mattress was good, the pillows were horrible. The continental breakfast was good but just average. The air conditioner needed servicing (it rattled while running and clunked when it stopped). The ice machine was broken on our floor. As the old saying goes "You get what you pay for."

The bed was very comfortable. I stayed in the suite & it was like a mini house. Very comfortable. Very nice. Nothing. Even the price was excellent. It has a very home like feel to it. Very comfortable and is very close to restaurants. It's very convenient and at a price within your budget.

I entered the room and immediately smelled mold/mildew. I booked a room at another hotel. The clerk was very understanding and mentioned that guests often leave due to the moldy smell. The room was dated and worn. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless budget is a major concern.

The hotel was comfortable and simple. The bathroom sink was located in the hall and not attached to the bath or shower, which worked out all right. While there was not close to any eating eastablishments on that exit off the interstate, there were plenty of places at the next exit going south and going north, we had the casino in Metropolis. So, for the money, it was a good stay with a helpful staff.

Nothing. The room was very dirty and had a strong smell of mold. Dirty and strong mold odor.

"We are repeat customers. Can't think of one bad thing about our experience here. Great service, nice room and even a terrific breakfast. Especially nice after two prior nights of mediocre hotels!"

The hotel room was well worn, but appeared clean (though the carpet felt a bit funky). We needed a place to pull off the highway, get a decent night's sleep, shower, grab a quick breakfast and hit the road again. It was certainly adequate for that. Staff was friendly and having an elevator was a bonus. Can't complain much, given the modest price.

The shower and coffee. The room smell, and staff wasnt concern at all I will never stay there again. It was my husband 45th b-day, he is a hard worker, and we have a son that is autistic. I travel a lot, and I was looking for the Hilton, I did expect to get a suite with a frig and microwave, instead for my husband 45th b-day we got a dump. I purchased Febreze to kill the odor. That did help. They had extra pillows. I have severe burns on my neck and I must sleep with 5 pillows I had 2 and the young lady at the front desk game sheets.

I always have a good experience at Baymont Inns. I love the fact that they allow pets because I love to travel with my pooches. The staff is always friendly and the beds are always comfortable. I've never had a problem with anything.

Baymont Inn Paducah has a very friendly and helpful staff. The free breakfast in the morning was nice. The rooms were clean, but need some updating done to them. There are not many dining options by the hotel.
Date of Stay:
July, 2008
The morning buffet. Pillows missing and those in room were flat. Not enough towels. Have paid less for better.
