I was given a room that did not have a fridge nor a microwave. It also smelled of smoke. When I complained, I was promptly issued another room. The room was clean, large and comfortable. It was near the pool which is a mixed blessing because of the noise. The breakfast was much more than the continental I expected. It was plentiful, varied and appealing with waffles, fruit and cereals along with the customary pastries. Front desk staff was always pleasant. However, they seemed to know little about the area, and they could not tell me where an internet cafe was located. This was upsetting since the site promised the internet access I counted on. The hotel is actually in Spring just north of Houston, but they only had maps of downtown Houston. The lobby and the rooms are pleasant, but there are many large tractor trailers coming and going. If you are sensitive to noise, this will be an issue. There was also a rowdy party or dispute that lasted over 30 minutes one night by the pool. The property is HUGE and the pool is a considerable distance from the front lobby, so they were unaware of the disturbance. The management said if someone had called the front desk to complain, they would have sent security. I was visiting family in Spring, but there is nothing to do in the immediate area. You can drive about a half hour to Conroe Outlet shopping or drive 45 mins. to Downtown Houston. It is only a half hour drive to Bush Airport.

There isn't anything good to say. I can't say anything good about this place. This place is very filthy. My non smoking room had burn holes in the floor and bed sheets. The ironing board was so filthy I cringed using it. I had no curtains to pull together, only sheers. The plumbing barely flushed and drained. Outside my door was filthy. If you need something very cheap and OK being around those conditions so it be.

I stayed at this hotel because I was in town for business. I read one of the reviews that said it was a ?working mans hotel?. I didn?t need anything extravagant, just a place to sleep. THIS HOTEL WAS BY FAR THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN, IN MY LIFE. Mildew in shower. Socks were filthy from walking around the room, bare feet was NOT an option. Gates close at 11:00 pm for ?safety reasons?. Please beware! I had an honest concern about my safety.

We only stayed one night, the room was clean, but it was a small room. There was a gate going into parking lot and a sign saying the hotel was not responsible for the loss of car or belongings which didn't made us feel very safe, although nothing happened. We liked that there were a lot of places to eat around the hotel and was close to the airport which was our destination!

This a very basic hotel. The continental breakfast was below expectations. They did have a waffle iron but the waffles were not very good.

I liked that they had continental breakfast and a break area. There was a dead rat on the 2nd floor outside in the walkway.

This is a working mans hotel. My room was cleaned every day and up to my standards. There were about 10 semi trucks in the parking lot every night and some would start up automatically all night but nothing I couldn't live with. If my wife was staying with me I am sure she would have complained. The breakfast was the same type and quality that is now the standard at all of the chains. All in all I would stay here again if I am by myself but not if my wife was with me.

This motel is fine for over the road truckers but not so for a family. I did not feel safe there with my family. The parking lot was the majority of the property. This was the room needed for the flatbed semis and various trucks that drive up throughout the night. There were cigarette burns in the comforter even though we were in the non-smoking room. WHen going through the Travel online website I selected to pay an additional 10 per night for the upgraded room. That only meant that I was just outside of the ice machine and the pool, which was run down. THe iron gate was loose all the way around the pool, the pool furniture was stained and rusting, the poolside concrete had not been pressure washed in years. The STaff: Extremely friendly and charming. I dealt with several of the front desk employees and everyone was very friendly to deal with. Overall: Do not stay there if you are traveling with your family. This is a bad part of town.

I not too satisfied. The deadbolt on my door did not work I called it in they said it would be fixed and i still had trouble with it, now being a stranger in one of the biggest cities in the country, well that is a little scary.

The room was clean. The hotel needed to be updated.

Even though this is an older property, it was clean and appeared to have been maintained. The continental breakfast was pretty typical. Most of the staff was pleasant, some not as much -- also something one can run into anywhere. For the money, a reasonable choice.

When driving to the hotel, thought that it wasn't going to be good but when we got to the hotel we were pleasently suprised. Very nice hotel, good rooms.

The bathroom was clean. They put up a gate to stop from coming into the parking lot. I think this hotel is probably a OK place for long distance truckers driving along I-45 who want to get a night's sleep.

We just stayed one night, but the staff were very friendly, the rooms were neat and clean and the breakfast had more options than just toast or a bagel. Reasonably priced.

The hotel is okay. Rooms are adequate for the price. Nothing to write home about, but was okay for what we needed. It is far from most shopping centers.

Comfortable. This hotel was very nice and right near the airport in Houston.

The outside of the building and the grounds seemed very rundown, but my room itself was fine -- clean and spacious. My only complaint about the room was that it had little to no sound insulation around the door and window. It was very noisy when anyone went by my room. There were several options for breakfast, but the waffle maker was a mess. The mess itself was not the staff's fault, but they were not doing a good job of keeping the place wiped down. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff were kind enough to let me check-in early for my convenience.

Please do not send anyone to this hotel. Asked me to provide proof of payment 3 times. The hotel person asked me to leave after the first day, even tough I had paid for two days! Knocked on my door 4 times. I showed them copy of my stay, but they refused to accept it.

Booked about an hour before check in. Just stayed for a night in the town. Convenient location. Nice hotel once you're in the room but the bathroom could have been a lot more presentable.

Swimming pool was nice. TVdid not work, breakfast was a mess, room smelled terrible, parking lot issues at night. It was not a nice hotel. The television did not work and they would not come to fix it. The room smelled terrible. When it was nighttime we had people fighting in the hotel, dogs barking in the hotel room next to us, cars peeling out in the parking lot and honking during the night. This was a terrible stay. I would never stay here again.
