The staff checking us in and out were all very friendly and efficient. The hotel has your basic breakfast of waffles, coffee, apples and oranges, unfortunately we missed it. The room probably needs to be updated. There wasn't a whole lot within walking distance. It is very easy to get to since it is just off the Tollway.

Waffle maker. Decor lacked in style, color or care. It was okay. Nothing remarkable. Kind of ugly and the pillows were lumpy and flat. I wouldn't stay here voluntarily.

had computer for use in lobby! desk helpful but not especially knowledgable; breakfast outstanding; would stay again!

The hotel room was nice and clean and an adequate size. The heating worked great, which was not the case on our last vacation to a different spot. We enjoyed the use of the indoor swimming pool, but a sign was posted on the fitness room door that stated it was closed for renovations. No staff was at the desk when my husband checked in and out of the hotel, but the wait was short for someone to show up. The staff was friendly. The breakfast included sausage and biscuits and belgian waffles, but the food wasn't great. The hotel entrance driveway is marked by a small sign that is easy to miss if you're going the wrong direction. Overall, the room was adequate for our one night stay. The pool was warm and clean, and plenty of towels were provided. If you're looking for a fitness room, make sure to call ahead!

Weekend breakfast included hot foods, sausage, muffins, etc. and my kids loved it. Hallways smelled smoky and one of our non-smoking rooms did also. Hotel was quiet and easy to find your way around. Sofa couch was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was very good. Pool was small.

This is not a family oriented facility. The employee's can be snotty toward families with small children. Desk clerks are very hard to find at times and check in can be a long process. They did loose our reservation that was booked 4 mon prior.

Friendly staff, great breakfast. Location hard to find. It was comfortable, suited the purpose, to get a good nights sleep.

Good facility, not the best location.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. They called my room minutes after checking in. Horrible location behind a bowling alley, seemed unsafe. Convenient geographic location, property is a little worn, decor is very dated, seemed ideal for the numerous truckers and contractors who just need a place to sleep for the night who I saw as I passed through the lobby.

Nothing this is a bad motel passing it self of as a hotel. The room was bad. The beds were not done, the elevator did not work, and there is a hole in the bath room. Etc, etc the list is long. The front desk bad English, could not give direction, the location is poorly located, over priced for the service, dirty, elevator broken urine smell in the stair way, bad room , comforters smell cheap furniture, hole in the bathroom never again.

Nearby Interstate. Breakfast really doesn't exist. Hotel staff is friendly. Breakfast nearly doesn't exist. There has been gravy for sausages but no sausages at all. (This gravy had been there for 3 days(!). Eggs? - none. Some toast only and a litte bit of butter.

The hotel was great for business travel. Clean and comfortable. The outside flag was making a lot of noise with the wind blowing all night. A few other customers also made this comment in the morning. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a night stay in Aurora. This hotel is perfect for traveler. The only problem is they need to do something about the outside flag banging in the wind.

Big clean rooms. Overnight staff was unattentive. Very clean, big rooms, free breakfast wasn't anything great, but you can't always expect a lot for a free breakfast. Staff was overall helpful, but the overnight staff was lacking (or maybe sleeping in the back and hard to wake up). If I was in the area again I would definitely stay there again.

Cleanliness. Location was difficult to see from road and get to traveling north; shower head had poor flow.

It was clean. Wireless internet did not work, breakfast not well stocked. Wireless internet not working, TV had a green tint to all channels. At breakfast, most of the food choices were gone when we arrived about 8:45am. There was no coffee, decaf or even hot water on the table, so we had to make coffee in the room, not enough pillows (only 4 total for 2 queen beds). Location of the hotel was hard to get to at first. Very secluded and hotel staff was not sufficient to address guest needs.

Clean, easy access, friendly, good breakfast, nice pool area, clean rooms, quiet. There wasn't anything I didn't like. I would rate it very good and very family friendly.

Everything was great. I enjoyed it very much. Does not apply during my great stay. I would like to suggest, that it would be nice to have a shuttle bus to any of the casino near the hotel. I go with several friends on weekends but are limited to return because we want to make sure we get back to the hotel without being lost. It would be nice to have this shuttle bus during a Friday & Saturday.

Very clean and very helpful staff. No hot tub. The Baymont Inn Aurora, Illinois was very clean and quiet. The pool area was small, but nice. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The hotel is a bit tricky to get to, but I think that is due to construction.
