i was driving past the location several times because i have name of hotel as lodge inn and the name on building is baymount inn. i had to call hotel to find out that i kept passing it. there was one parking space on the side of the building. hotel was more like a motel. dirty carpet in hallway. always check your linens before sleeping. i was very tired and forgot to check it. when i checked it after getting up the next day, there was a filty blanket on the bed. it was so nasty that i took a picture of it in case the hotel did not believe me and wanted to see. the mattress sunk down in the middle. the water in the sink dripped all night. the remote did not work, i had to keep getting up to change channels (good exercise--thats a plus). tissues was left in the toilet. the housekeeper banged on my door at 9am, 10am, 1030am and 11am. if they had a do not disturb sign, it would have helped her to not disturb. when checking out i gave the front desk this list of complaints. they said check out time is 11am thats why she banged on the door. i do not know the excuse for knocking before 11am. i said my notes from computer states 1200noon as check out time. another worker confirmed this with the person waiting on me. that was all that was done. not even an apology about the rest of the things wrong. the good things were that check in and checkout proceedure was done quick. i will never stay at this location or recommend it again. i have traveled to niagara falls at least 10 times and because the cost was a few dollars less than what i normally pay, but the rating was the same, i chose to change. never again. i will pay the few dollars more, and go where i normally rest.

Proximity to the falls. Attached restaurant had lousy food at breakfast buffet. Nice hotel with decent prices and close proximity to falls and activity.

They charge a fee of 10$ per day for parking lot. Breakfast was not included contrary to their website. The staff double charged my credit card for the room. Other then these things everything else was perfect.

Location. T.V. Great if you need a clean inexpensive place to sleep near the Falls.

Great for visiting Niagara Falls, walking distance. Not too close to the noisy and busy tourist area, but close enough. Hotel was under renovation and Restaurant - with discounted breakfast buffet - was closed down. Fitness center was unavailable, renovation stench throughout common areas. The pool, whirlpool and sauna are very nice and clean. Our booking through Orbitz put us in a price category that landed us in the much older two level motel-like building. Our first room assignment was at car and passerby level and smelled strongly like cigarettes even though the hotel is non-smoking.

Location. AC did not work, motel without microwave or fridge, no internet, not friendly for children. If you were traveling during big holidays, did not stay at this hotel. Rooms without working air conditioners and had two sections to the hotel. One was the motel section which was a small walk to the reception. It was not friendly to small children. The shower was a stand up and not a tub, quite inconvenient. We had no use for the jacuzzi, would have preferred a fridge and a microwave since we were traveling with children.

Good location, however price was fairly high for only one night. Rooms were nice, TV worked. Definitely got the job done.

this hotel is in a very good location. compared to some othe motels it is clean. i just would have preffered better services. the breakfast buffet is not good they barely have food and they charge too much for what you get.

First appearance was that it was a very nice hotel in a great location to Niagara Falls. However, we found out that Orbitz quests get to stay not in the main hotel but in the seperate motel across the parking lot (very close). We were only staying one night, and didnt plan to be in the room that much anyways, so it was fine. The staff was very friendly and answered all questions, and provided extra towels and a new remote without any problems. (oh ya...you have to pay an additional $10 for parking if you are an Orbitz customer; which we didnt know about in advance.) The location to The Falls and Clifton Hill and all the attactions was great!! Only about a 5 min walk to Clifton Hill and less than 15 min to the Falls and Casino. Pool, hottub, and sauna were clean and well maintained. The main complaint was the air conditioning unit didnt work very well; good thing it wasnt too hot out. Overall...we had a great time.

I will tell you I was apprehensive about the hotel I was getting for the price but very pleased when I arrived. Overall the deal was great for the hotel we got. It was an older hotel with some maintenance issues. Loud heater/air unit, noisy pipes but not too bad. The hotel was not a palace but very reasonable, clean and only about five minutes walk from clifton hills. I travelled with the family, including two children under five and they enjoyed the pool to themselves all three days. Hot tub, pool and sauna area very clean and always empty. The free buffet, in the adjoining restaurant, that was included in price was good and the staff let the kids eat for free as they had very little. I would recommend this place to friends and will stay there again when the boys go to the Bills games. If you are looking for an economical way to visit Niagara Falls, (if there is one), you get your bang for your buck with this motel. Also May is a great time to visit Marineland as there is absolutely nobody there and the kids don't wait for anything. Shows all still run.

My girlfriend and I were off to Niagara Falls for our 11 year anniversary when we decided to book a hotel with Lodge Inn & Suites. We read a lot of the previous reviews online, and some of them really helped us make the decision. Some of the reviews were a bit nit-picky, but that's to be expected. We arrived after a long drive from Maine, and crossed over the border after spending some time on the American side falls. We were welcomed into the hotel by a nice man who asked us where we drove from and a few other things. The check in process was quick and easy, and in no time we went up to the room to relax for awhile before heading out a bit later that night. Entering the room you could notice it was clean, and fairly large, larger than we expected. Not to mention we did get a jetted tub, and fireplace to enhance the mood...if you know what I mean. The location of the hotel was another thing we appreciated. It was about a 5-10 minute walk from all the attractions, and about a 15 minute walk from the view of the falls. Another factor was the parking, it was free...since it's much better to walk to everything in the area anyways we could just leave our car at the hotel and not worry about it. Our night sleep was very good as well, and quiet. The next morning we went down to the hotel dining area(resturant), and noticed a full breakfast buffet! This wasn't a small breakfast, it was everything you would expect...oatmeal, pancakes, french toast, all the meats, hashbrowns, and fruit. It was one of the best hotels we stayed at, and the most reasonable. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls.
