On first entry by my wife and I the room seemed fine but on further inspection we found rust on fixtures, spots on sheets that we chose to replace with others we had to go and purchase along with towels that also were spotted. The bathroom had strands of hair in the shower, on the door and toilet apparently from a previous tenant. To top it off the remote did not work. This was a disappointment to me as other Baymonts in which I had stayed left me with a good taste but not this one.

Distance to where I had to be everyday. Outside entry.

This is a $* hotel for an $* price. The rug had not been vacuumed, there was mildew in the bathroom, and the mis-matched furniture was crammed in such a way that it was difficult to walk in the room! It also appeated that the room had not been dusted in ages. It was gross. Don't waste your money here.

Very Comfortable room with great customer service.

Pillows and bed. Dirty bathroom and gummy floor. I wouldn't want to stay here again although the front desk staff and housekeepers are very friendly and helpful.

The facility is ordinary and conventional, but well cared for and clean. The bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good, with excellent coffee and other drinks available. Although there was nothing exceptional about this motel, it was completely satisfactory, and it met our needs very well. The hotel personnel were courteous and efficient, but not obtrusive.

There is nothing good to say about this hotel. Dirt in bathroom in corners. Could see daylight around door. Lamps wobbled & were rusty. Some did not work.

Recently remodeled, clean, high-quality linens. Nice big T.V. Friendly staff. Breakfast was fine. Only two complaints: outside concrete was very slippery when wet (recently painted I guess). And our toilet flushed very slowly, you had to hold the lever. Otherwise, as I said the room was very clean and the staff friendly. We stayed for 1 night, with 4 people on 12/14/08.

The first room given had a smell in it so the gave us another room which for the price they charge I was expecting more. This was my first time using Baymont maybe I might use them again.

Enjoyed the stay for a night or two. The room was clean. I thik the rooms need to be updated. They are clean, but have the musky motel smell. Great for a short stay with kids.

Overall good but for an un-level bed. One side was lower than the other to the degree of rolling to one side during the night.

Needed a report printed and the staff printed for me, at no charge.

It was conveniently to our granddaughter's college and eating places. The front desk staff wasn't too interested in our comfort. The hotel was convenient for our needs. On the 2nd day we returned around 2:00 after playing golf, and although the bed was made, we had not towels, the trash basket had not been emptied, or any other work done in the room. They did bring us towels.

first of all, when i got my first room the ceiling in the bathroom was falling so i had to get another room. when i got the second room the sheets were very dirty. i went to the front desk and they gave me the wrong size sheets. i called and told them and they told me to wait 30 min.they brought me another set of sheets they had brown spots on them. i took both sets back to the front desk with me to show them that they were dirty.the guy did not care he gave me two more sets and i looked over them at the front desk and they both were dirty also. he told me that they were theonly sheets he had. so i had to sleep on top of the flat sheet. i asked for the manager he said the manger won't be in until tuesday. so i asked for a customer service number. and the story quickly changed the manager will be in tomorrow from 10:30 to 11:30. the next morning i go to the front desk and the lady at the front desk said the manger was not coming in so i asked her for a customer service number she wouldn't give me one either. there was a sign that said if youre not satisfied your stay is free. i asked about that she told me that i would have to talk to the manager so i told her to call him. he also had a bad attitude we had a loud argument over the phone he was hollering at me,the paying guest. he would not honor the sign. i asked him for a customer service number he told me he was the owner. i checked out early. this place is a dump.

Nice hotel in a convient location. Near restaurants and interstate. We did not use any of the extra...pool or gym... but they looked clean. Would recommend a stay here.

This hotel was clean and easy to find. The room was really humid, more humid than outside. This hotel was easy to find. It was clean and comfortable. This is a good place to stay overnight, not a destination hotel.

Be advised that the hotel calls their rooms, suites. Do not expect to get what we and most, I imagine expect to have in a suite. Depending on what your room rate is, your suite could really just be a room. No drain plug for the sink. Asked for one, but never got it. The hotel has a computer for guest use, but it did not work all the time we were there. No note on the computer noting that it was down. When asked when the computer will be up for use, I was told the owner is out of town. We will not stay at this hotel again.

As money is very tight right now, I had to economize in every way possible to take this short trip to Mobile. I stayed at this motel to save money, but felt it cost just enough to keep things safe. I ate my own breakfast, as the one offered was all sugary cereals, vending machine type donuts, and other unhealthy carbs. A refrigerator would have been nice, but my coolers stayed stocked from the trusty ice machine. I was in by dark every night and watched TV or read. For the good nightly rate, I think I got my money's worth.

Nothing. Not clean and the service was poor, we were locked out of our room. The bathroom was dirty. The fixtures were away from the walls. There were no wash cloths available for use. The pool was not usable the first day (cloudy). I have stayed in other Baymont facilities that were very clean. Never again in mobile.
