Convenient to areas east of Cleveland. Quiet location. Good breakfast bar. Rooms spacious.

Not very fresh andclean looking. Second day breakfast eggs and sausage were cold even though it was the beginning of the time for breakfast. Needed more help in the dining room to get the food out. They ran out of coffee very quickly and it was a long wait to get a cup of coffee.

In the first room we had - on the 3rd or 4th floor - the door was so damaged and shaky as to be insecure. It hung partly ajar, and the lock mechanism was loose. It was of concern to me that no one had either noted it or repaired it. We were given another room on the ground floor, which was fine, though the bathroom fan took about 20 minutes to get running, and while it got going, it emitted a loud squeaky sound which was very annoying, and may have been loud enough to be heard by the room next door. The bed was REALLY GOOD, very comfortable, which is really the most important thing.

I was very pleased with this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone. The staff was very nice and helped out alot. I would stay there anytime that I came into the Cleveland Area!!!!

Wireless internet did not work; hotel did not fix the problem. We only stay at the Baymont because it's a few blocks from my sister's house. We are often disappointed with the room or the service. This time the WiFi didn't work and they closed the breakfast buffet an hour early.

Didn't get handicaped room as ordered by phone 6 weeks earlier. Staff wouldn't supply items needed (pillows, toilet paper, towels.) We had to purchase a toilet riser because the room was not a handicaped.

Nothing. Dirty--things needed to be fixed. The carpet was not vacuumed for the three days of stay. The toilet seat was very loose. The door chain was held on with one screw. The blanket on one of the beds was dirty. Couldn't get a wakeup call at the time we wanted it, one day we asked for 7:00am got a call a 7:24 the next day we were told we would get one personally from the person at the desk. 7:00 am was a 7:12 wake up call. Our breakfast had no fresh fruit or fruit juices on Monday morning eggs were heated from the microwave. To top all this off one of the beds was not made up the bedspread was on the floor. This was no 2 1/2 star hotels. Not a good experience.

Price was a positive. Carpet is very old in room and the alarm clock was unable to be set. Location was good. Some elements are in need of updating, particularly the room carpet which was stained and quite old. It was disconcerting that the alarm clock could not be set and then the office failed to provide the requested wake-up call.

The one gentleman at the desk was rude and not friendly at all. The hotel was fine for two days.

When we stayed there several years ago it was good. Elevator had sign to not over load instead of being fixed. Staff said it had been like that. Second room on 3rd floor the manager couldn't get open either. Finally was put in a room on the second floor. Air conditioner couldn't get the room cool for comfortable sleeping.

Staff was nice. 2 towels in our room - not enough! Elevator smelled like vomit! Dirty, run down, lobby & elevator stunk like someone puked - washer & dryer takes change but no change machine - no water pressure in shower - gave 2 towels only - bathroom gross! Breakfast & staff were the only plus!

Nothing specific worth mentioning. To get internet service required me to sit in hallway. Quality of amenities (including breakfast) has declined over past 2-4 years. Old prices on previous stays were reasonable, but the price paid this past weekend was excessive, given the decline.

Good location and nice staff. Everything else. This is the hotel that time forgot. Desperately needs updated. Smells of smoke everywhere. I only spent one night, so tolerable, but I can't imagine staying there more than a day or two.
