The hotel was very clean staff was very friendly. There was no fridge and microwave. The hotel was very clean and convenient to everything.

This hotel went above and beyond our expecations. We were provided with friendly, helpful service when booking, arriving, and checking out. The hotel itself is impecably clean with a beautiful swimming pool and hot tub. The rooms were beautiful and the beds VERY comfortable. I am a stickler for a clean bathroom, and there was not one thing I could find that they could have improved on in that area, either. This hotel is right off the last exit before the bridge. All the shops, ferry's, and restaurants are close by and there is a grocery store (IGA) across the street. In the mornings, they offer a really nice complimentary breakfast, with more than just a few items to choose from. We will defintely come back to this hotel again. Keep up the good work, Baymont!

We really enjoyed this Hotel . Great location!! We parked our car and walked to everything!! We all slept in each morning. The beds were the most comfortable beds ever. Our weekend was very nice. We have already recommended this hotel to others. The breakfast was very nice, and included with price. Good coffee too!

Room was nice in condition and adequate for business traveler. Breakfast was sad and no dedicated staff to maintain. Newer hotel in good condition. Great parking and hotel staff is friendly. Rooms are adequate for business travel. My only complaint was the breakfast. Got too used to Drury and Holiday Inn Express full hot breakfast. Even the basic items provided were not a varied choices as other hotels, and I had to go to front desk to request items empty be refilled at 8:30 am.

I would stay here again, it was good for the price, but a few let downs. The beds were very comfy, but there was a lot of room noise from outside. I chose this place specifically for the fitness room, but the treadmill was broke. We stayed with our dogs and it worked well for that, but they do charge an extra $10 per night per dog. We stayed for two nights and they never came in and cleaned our room. We had to ask for clean towels. The breakfast was okay. There is a nice trail next to the hotel for running. It's the Mackinaw City to Midland trail.

Easy to locate and front desk was super friendly on check in. Room was spotless and in like new condition (it was just renovated). Bed was very conformable and air conditioning super quiet. TV remote worked fine (which is not always the case). Breakfast area was clean and well attended.

Traveled for the holiday weekend as a couple with a small dog. None of the information I found on the hotel mentioned the pet policy so I will. They charge a minimal $10 fee for the length of the pets stay and they do not allow the pet to be unaccompanied in the room (it would have been helpful to know this ahead of time). Overall it was a good hotel and our stay was faultless. We would stay again if in the area.

This was a very nice hotel. The beds were super comfortable, the quality of the linens were soft and smooth, and the staff very courteous and friendly. I loved the lightweight down alternative comforter on the bed and the lack of those scratchy heavy bed spreads most hotels still put out. The room layout was convenient with sink/counter outside of bathroom, plenty of hot water for showers, and amenities such as iron, ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker, table and chairs, plus internet access. I travel a lot, and it is nice to have these amenities available in the room. We enjoyed making our own waffles each morning and the quality of food served at continental breakfast was excellent. There were daily newspapers available to read, and the TV worked great with plenty of cable channels to chose from. Heating/A/C worked very well. Hotel was very convenient to local attractions, and you could literally walk to shopping centers, movie theatre, restaurants. Easy access onto I-75 and the place was quiet at night. My only complaint would be that our room was now a non-smoking room, but you could tell that it used to be a smoking room every time you entered because it smelled like old stale cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, that is common in most hotels that have recently gone smoke free. The smoke permeates the walls, carpets, carpet padding. Even painting walls won't get rid of odor. It was only noticeable when you first entered room. We didn't use the indoor pool facility, but it was very clean and was a pleasant looking place to spend time. I would definitely plan on staying there again.

We were en route home, and just stayed here one night. Staff suggested a great restaurant. Room was quiet and pleasant, but we wished there were ceramic mugs for coffee or tea instead of the styrofoam. We enjoyed the pool..small but adequate, and the pool area was clean and open late enough for us to use. (11 pm)

The staff was excellent! There were no roll-away beds available when we checked in even though we had requested. The hotel was great but mostly because of the staff. The location was excellent. We loved the breakfast buffet and the cleanliness of everything.
