There was a Denny's attached, whatever that is worth. Dirty rooms, unpleasant staff. The rooms were dirty. Comforter needed laundered. Room didn't even have a smoke detector.

This hotel was overflow for a convention I attended. Upon discovering that I was placed in a second floor room with no elevator, I asked to move, due to severe arthritis. They could not move me, although the parking lot was about 3/4 empty, and many people had not yet checked in, they would not change any room pre-assignments to accomodate my disability. THey offered no remedy for this problem."

The hotel was nice and in a convenient location. We stayed in a regular room with a king size bed. The room had a refrigerator, a TV, a desk with internet hook up and a iron with board. The bathroom had a bathtub/shower, sink and toilet. The bathrrom was supplied with the neccesary toiletries including a hair blow dryer. The only bad thing about the room was the water pressure in the shower. It was very low and did not seem to matter what time of the day you used the water.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice. We were put at the extreme far end of the hotel (we actually had to drive to the lobby from our room) and the water pressure was so low in the shower that the water barely cleared the shower head.

Little hot water, room temperature control - poor. I was somewhat pleased with this hotel. Room was a bit dirty and there was a stain on the carpet but overall acceptable.

The staff was friendly. The room clean. Pool and hot tub were nice. Continental breakfast was nice. A small tray to transport breakfast back to our room. No movie rental option on the TV. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again though. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The location was very convenient and accessible. Carpet needs to be replaced and needs caulk in bathroom.

It was clean, the staff was friendly. We had a bit of trouble with key cards and opening the doors. This was a clean hotel with a friendly staff. They have a small continental breakfast available. An indoor pool and whirlpool plus an outdoor pool. It's also conveniently located.

Location to many problems to cover in 20 words or less. As we walked into our room after checking in we were surprised to find two men trying to clean a huge red wine spot on the carpet, no offer to move us to another room.No hot water in the shower, luke warm. all the clean towels were damp. On our second night someone burned microwave popcorn in another room and the stench seaped into many of the rooms including ours. The smell was still there in the morning.Recommendation: The corporate quality control team needs to do a complete audit of this facility.

The outdoor patio. The refrigerator did not work. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It was nice, clean and convenient. The comforter was a little too thick but overall my stay could not have been better. I will likely stay there again if I need a place to stay.

I like having a continental breakfast available every morning. I didn't like the fact that this hotel didn't have an elevator. I also had a problem with the housekeeping cleaning the room, not a very good job. I was surprised that this hotel didn't have an elevator which was a problem since our room was on the second floor. The fitness room was also unavailable for use since we were told that it was under construction. My other issue was that the housekeeping staff didn't really clean the room, just replaced the towels and changed the sheets. The room was not vacuumed nor was the bathroom cleaned.

Their outside pool was okay. Bugs in bed, dirty carpet and chairs, no fitness center, game room had no AC. The hotel needs to be cleaned up and repaired. All needed a carpet cleaning, had dirty sitting chairs, no fan in bathroom, one room had bugs in bed. The fitness center was closed due to no equipment, the game room had no AC. Baymont Inn has agreed to provide one full day stay per room as compensation for the bad experience (we stayed two days with three rooms).

This hotel was overall convenient to all the places I wanted to visit. It was clean & the staff was great. The one drawback was that the seal around tub where the wall meets the tub needed some upkeep. I can't blame the maid for a structural problem. I had a wonderful quiet stay. I shopped, wrote and napped in a huge room with a fridge, desk and king size bed. The outlet mall in Lake of the Ozarks is huge and wonderfully varied. I wouldn't recommend the Denny's attached to the hotel, but there were plenty of other places, both local and chain, within 10 minutes to explore and enjoy.

Stay was very nice, location was great. Our room was never cleaned. We left the room at 9 and returned at 4. The hotel was very nice. Pools were great, people were friendly, rooms were nice, overall stay was great. However we returned to our hotel the first afternoon and found that our room had not been cleaned or fresh towels given. I called the front desk and was told I could come down and get new towels, but that all had gone home already. That was the only downside to our short vacation.

Quiet, 2 pools, coffee & refrigerator in room. Had to ask for pool towels, bathroom small, breakfast crowded( area small). Clean, quiet, had all we needed; but wouldn't want to stay a week.

Feather down covers. Breakfest could been better. The cleanness of this hotel was excellent; enjoyed indoor and outdoor pool; room was very comfortable; staff good on asking for extra toiletry; location right in the middle of attractions. Will stay here again.

Very centrally located We got towels from the cleaning lady one morning so she did not come clean the room that day. The hotel staff was very courteous and provided us with a great room upon our arrival. Both pool areas were nice and the outdoor pool had nice furniture for tanning.

Bed was comfortable. Basic amenities not delivered. WiFi did not work at end of hotel. Lobby computer did not work nor did it have a printer, no towels in pool areas or hot tub areas, had to go to front desk, no extra pillows in hotel for guest. Continental breakfast not worth visiting, will not stay at again too many inconveniences and failure to live up to amenities, indoor pool also closed. Don't bother.
