staff unprofessional, not curtious, rude, you name it, will never stay at a baymont ever, uncompromising with reservation cancellation request, family emergency came up 6 days prior to reservation, baymont would not cancel. lesson learned.

The front desk clerk was amazingly friendly and helpful! After giving us directions, she had everything waiting for us when we arrived.

"The very first thing I noticed when I arrived at my room, was how clean it was. The bathroom was impressively clean. Like all hotel pools this one also was small but very nice. There is mini golf and ice cream across the untraveled driveway. Not to mention the Meijer Dept. store.This was a great hotel."

It was quiet, the breakfast selection was substantial enough to satisfy adults and children. The indoor pool water was quite chilly for the children. It was quiet, amenities were sufficient, close to a store and restaurants, easy access from highway, rooms were clean. Only complaint was that the bed was not very comfortable, everyone woke up with a back up, but then, most people are used to their own bed and uncomfortable in a strange bed. Overall, good experience.

They had a very nice breakfast selection. Road Construction in front. Our stay was great except for the road construction that was going on out front. It made it very inconvenient to get to and from the hotel. As soon as it's cleared up I would recommend this hotel any night.

It was easy to find. Uncomfortable sleeping arrangements. Room was fairly clean, but not very comfortable sleeping arrangements. I would probably not choose to stay here again if I had a choice.

The swimming area. My son's TV remote didn't work when we got there at 11:00 pm but the staff finally fixed it. I'd stay there again.

Easy access from interstate. It was a handicapped room and I wasn't asked if I wanted it or not. Nice room. the only beef I would have is it was a handicapped room and I'm not handicapped.

A nice hotel with everything I expected but nothing exceptional. There was no coffee in the room but there was a coffee maker. Clean with friendly service.

Good quality for the money. People in the adjoining room were extremely rude. The hotel was clean and well maintained. I wouldn't have had any complaints at all if the folks in the adjoining room hadn't been party-happy until the wee hours. No busier than the hotel was, there should have been an empty 'buffer' room between all guests. There was no need to put anyone in adjoining rooms.

They were friendly and dry on a wet winter night. It is beginning to show wear. Overall a good gratuitous place to stay.

Fantastic location to visit Purdue University, friendly staff and quiet rooms. Pillows were misshapen and in varying degrees of being worn out. Spent two restful quiet nights in this hotel. My first stay with Baymont and I must say it exceeded my expectations. Another positive was in that there had been a snowstorm the first night and by morning the parking lots were cleaned and easy to get out of.

Smoke smell throughout the halls and into my room. This wasn't a good stay. Strong smoke smell as soon as I stepped off the elevator. And it spread into my room. Had to run the fan to keep the air circulated. Won't stop at this hotel again.

Pool and its surroundings were awesome, plenty of towels on hand. Beds very small and uncomfortable for 2 people. Very well maintained, clean, pool area very well organized, did not have to go ask for additional towels for swimming. Beds were less than adequate.
