Date of Stay: January, 2009

The Baymont was in a great location for what we needed. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was that the vanity space was limited due to a closet. The hotel had an indoor pool, fitness room and waffles on the contenental breakfast. The hotel was located right next to the interstate and also had about any kind of restaurant you would want near it. My daughter stayed one night and the hotel accommodated us and put her in the adjoining room next to us!

The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very quiet. The room decorations were not a style that I like. It was a very comfortable hotel andthe indoor pool was very nice.

We checked in after a long drive and saw that this property was converted from a Hampton Inn to a Baymont Inn and Suites, so we figured we would give it a shot...well it was well worth it. They have an outdoor pool AND indoor pool/spa, fitness center, guest laundry and a great breakfast. So we basically had a Hampton Inn room at a cheaper price...great bang for the buck, they definitely have our business anytime we drive through Knoxville.

Room was spacey and well organized; breakfast rocks. Nothing. We travel in business. This motel was convenient to the places we needed to go. I hope we can stay there the next we have a show. It was very clean and quiet. Great breakfast.

Friendly staff, great outdoor pool, indoor pool was being resurfaced, location. This was a very nice hotel. It was clean, quiet and the staff was super friendly. Pool was nice. I would stay here again when traveling in the Knoxville area.

Free breakfast, great staff. Loudest air conditioner in North America. Would not recommend it because of the excessively loud air conditioner.

Waffles at breakfast. No elevator. Indoor pool wasclosed. I was bothered that we had a second floor room and there was no elevator. I was traveling with four children and had a ton of stuff to lug upstairs to the room and then downstairs to the pool. Also, the indoor pool was closed. Not a problem the night we were there, but if there would have been rain, the kids would not have gotten to swim. Could have been a huge issue. Overall, not a bad hotel. Room was very large and very nice.

Near free ways. Convenient location andclose to my destination. I am traveling with my wife and my toddler kid. The hotel was very neat. The High speed internet signal strength was always low, but it didn't interrupt my work. The breakfast was good and we had healthy choices, like fruits and cereal. Overall, it was a great stay at Baymont Inn, Knoxville.

Good breakfast. Not enough towels. Easy hotel for the money - enjoyed the indoor pool. Room was comfy and clean - nothing fancy but with two small kids that can be a good thing!

Very clean, nice rooms andgood complimentary breakfast. The hotel is actually a motel---all room doors face the outside. We thought this hotel was an excellent value. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very convenient to several nearby restaurants and the downtown Knoxville area. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to the Knoxville area.

Comfortable and inexpensive. Door seals are bad letting smokers' smoke leach into the rooms! Overall a good hotel.

Very close to I-40 andclean smelling. Several bathroom repairs were left to look messy and unprofessional in shower. We had never stayed at a Baymont Suites Hotel, making other selections in our travels. We typically wouldn't select a hotel where the rooms are accessed through the parking lot but were satisfied with this selection. The staff was great,dining facilities were abundant in the area. It was a very nice stay.

Queen size beds, very clean andattractive pool area. If there is a negative it might be the lack of restaurants in the area. Rooms were very good. I would recommend it for business or pleasure. I will definitely stay there again.
