The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was in a perfect location for us to be able to see the family that we came to visit. Close to restuarants and with easy access from highway. My only recommendation would be to keep the breakfast buffet open until at least 10AM.

It was quiet & staff was friendly & helpful. No complaints. It was clean & that is the most important quality of all to me. The bed was hard, but some people probably like that.

Got in around 11pm after driving all day. Got undressed and started to shower before we realized how filthy the room was. Hair in the tub, toothpaste spit on the mirror, sticky ice bucket, mirror behind microwave was filthy, microwave was filthy, opened fridge and stunk up entire room with smell from old food left in there, carpet was dirty and we were in serious doubt as to whether the bed linens had been changed from the last person. Walls were paper thin and the hotel was very loud with a lot of underage unsupervised teenagers running around.

This was a great place to stay while my son attended orientation at WMU. It was easy to get to and close to campus, restaurants and stores.

It was just right for our short stay. We secured 2 rooms and they were all King size, but 1 family needed another bed for 2 kids. Rollaways were a tight fit.

Our son and his family live in Kalamazoo and when we visit we always stay in a hotel due to lack of space in their apartment. We have stayed numerous times at the Baymont Inn and find the hotel to be clean, conveniently located and reasonably priced. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is a bonus. We will continue to stay at the Baymont. Good hotel for the money.

They served breakfast in the morning and as I had to get up early to catch a flight it was helpful. The laundry was on the second floor. Excellent hotel for the money. Staff was friendly and warm. I would stay there again for sure.

This hotel was a good value for the money. The front desk clerks were friendly, and helpful. The room was very comfortable, and clean. The bathrooms were also clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The beds were fairly comfortable with clean linens. The breakfast was very good offering waffles, biscuits, gravy, sausage, cereal, fruit, and coffee. I would recommend this hotel, as I have made three previous trips to Kalamazoo, and not been very satisfied with other hotels in this price range.

Stale food at the breakfast bar. Missed maid service and no compensation.

Our window was permanantly cracked open, and many screens throughout the hotel were broken or hanging outside.

It was convenient for whereI needed to be. Two night stay. Our room was not made-up, cleaned, after the 1st night. This hotel is just okay. The fact that my room was not made-up after our first night definitely not good; the only person that was working when I came back to my room and discovered it was as I had left it said "the manager would do something for me." He did nothing.

Kalamazoo Baymont is a great value. Check-in was simple and easy. Room was pleasant, large, well-appointed. Given the price, this room was an exceptional value. The free breakfast buffet added to the value, but the morning we were there it was VERY crowded, noisy and overwhelming. Not appealing. A false fire alarm was pulled by a child of a staff member as we were checking out, creating an unfortunate drama at the front desk. The staff finally just turned off the alarm, instead of clearing the hotel to check for a fire.

Updated, clean, nice. Breakfast. I've been traveling all over the US for work usually, this time my spouse was with and we were both pleasantly surprised the cleanliness and value we received with our room. The room was pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast however left a lot to be desired. The variety was nice but the quality of the foods was not the best.

The staff was not friendly. Room was right next to the front desk which was noisy and a handicap room. I would not stay here ever again. Very noisy hotel.
