The hotel is in a great location. I loved that part about it. The room was really nice although the pictures on the internet were a little misleading. We didn't get the room we thought we were going to get. The pictures have been adjusted since our visit. I loved how quiet it was at night and that the staff was so friendly.

Loved the curved shower rod , very comfortable bed. Pool was way too small. Hotel was very easy to find and close to restaurants etc.

It was okay--the customer service was just fine; people at the desk were friendly. But the rooms were very echo-ey and dimly lit, the GFI outlet by the sink wasn't functional, and there was a short in the heater that seemed pretty dangerous, since I could see sparks. People in neighboring rooms were fortunately pretty quiet, since the walls were super-thin. If I'm ever in Janesville again, I'll probably try a different hotel,

My fiance treated me to a night away for Valentine's day. We wanted something close to home but not close enough for us to look out the window and remember we where home. Not being surrounded by to much this was the perfect place. The room was clean but a little to hot for our taste we had to turn on the a/c and open the window. Bed was clean and comfortable. Floors where quiet easy enough for a good nights sleep. We will be returning soon for the night before we leave on our honeymoon.

When we checked in to our room, we felt very comfortable being their. There was a good atmosphere and polite staff to help with what we needed. It is located off the interstate which was very nice, and yet it was out of the huslte and bustle of the city. The only complaint that we really have is the whirlpool was not kept up very well. We wanted to just get away and relax, and that was one thing we were very much anticipating was being able to relax in the whirlpool. The shower/bath set up in our room gave us an idea of what to do with our home bath. We are always trying to add more light into our bathroom and this hotel bathroom helped give us ideas. Our overall stay was good. I would recommend this hotel.

room needed airing out, but was clean and stocked appropriately. Staff was extrememly friendly. Plumbing broken, staff remarked that is a regular occurance-uck!! Breakfast was good, clean area and again, friendly staff. Pool area was nice, i liked that children were off limits in pool after 11PM but adults could use facilites 24 hours. Overall, not bad, but maybe a low 3 smileys because price was a little high for the facility.

The hotel was in a easy to access location, convenient to downtown, the Interstate, and other amenities. Complimentary breakfast consisted of Belgian Waffles, biscuits and gravy, lots of juices, coffee, pastries, etc. Small eating area, so arrive early or take to your room. Rooms were decent, pool was nice, lots of parking. Staff was friendly and courteous, very quick check-in. A good, decent hotel to stay in for a quick stay or even a long weekend. This was my 2nd time at the hotel in the past month, once for an overnight and the 2nd time for two nights. I would choose this hotel again.

Arrived late afternoon and discovered that the laundry facilities weren't working; the vendor had failed to empty the coins from the machines. The front desk staff washed and dried our clothes and was happy to accommodate us. The pool was large and refreshing. Great golfing nearby.

Breakfast and service. Something discolored on edge of ceiling. We had special requests a couple times - staff was very prompt and helpful.

I reserved a whirlpool suite in March for a visit in June to celebrate my birthday by attending a concert at nearby Alpine Valley. The manager overbooked the whirlpool suites and even though I had a confirmation number I didn't get my whirlpool room. I was then put in a smoking room, that was all they had available. To top it off the ice machine on our floor didn't work and the toilet plugged up on the morning we were ready to leave. This hotel needs some TLC and a new general manager! Needless to say my birthday trip was not what I had hoped.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast with freshly made belgian waffles and biscuits and gravy was delicious. Mattresses were pretty soft and pillows seemed almost non-existant on such a soft bed. Firmer mattress & pillows would've been appreciated.

I stay here often and like the atmosphere. The rooms are generally decent and they have an awesome breakfast. Unfortunately, this time my room wasn't so clean but the front desk staff was generous with compensation. Baymont is a nice place to stay while visiting in Janesville. The hours of check-in and check-out are better than most. Friendly, responsive staff. Great pool hours. Wonderful continental morning meal. Great way to get guests up and moving. I stay here frequently and have always been happy with the service. Rooms could use some updating but still not bad for the price.

The continental breakfast that was available in the early morning. The hall smelled of stale cigarette smoke; just didn't feel real clean. We got in late and left early so didn't have interaction with staff or really any use of the hotel other than the room and continental breakfast.

It is close to Denny's restaurant. It is old and needs major updating. I think that the hotel staff tries their best with what they have to work with. This is an older hotel and needs at the least, some major updating.

The staff at the desk was great, very friendly. Cleaners made beds after first night but put the dirty plates back on the bed after they made it. No garbage or towels were taken. I realize that you have no association with the Denny's next door but it was the worst dining experience I've had in years. On Mother's day we waited forever and no one around us had been served but for one table who finally got ice cold food. I wouldn't recommend it to your guests.

Pool, microwave and frig in room. Handicap-accessible room had only one double bed. The hotel had an awesome continental breakfast. It had high-speed wireless internet. It had a microwave and fridge in the room. Our room had two double beds but only a desk for alternate seating.

Next to 24-hour Restaurant and Freeway. Needs repair, dated, low toilet, tub drain missing. I have stayed here several times. This was the worst. I was put on the fourth floor and had to deal with elevators. Since we are older, this was a hassle. Room is badly in need of repair. We were surprised that they even rented it.
