The hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely nice. The hotel room was very clean, the staff was also very friendly. It is hard to find the hotel if you are not looking for it! There really isn't a lot within walking distance from the hotel. They do have a restaurant in the hotel down the hallway (they are in the same attached building) but I did not try it out. I was only at the hotel for one night, but it was very nice. The beds are very comfortable!

This hotel was terrible! Had saw other reviews that were mixed - the ones that said it was dirty were right. There were bugs everywhere including in the mattress. We inched all night and although we were scheduled to stay 2 nights - the first night ran us off. We looked at the old mattress and saw a mattress tag indicating that it was constructed in 1986! (Isn't that a health violation?) Dirt was all along the corners and the drapes had water stain. Carpet was very old - in short -a disaster. Don't go to the Bates Motel. We usually don't write reviews but we wanted to warn others.

This hotel was very clean and quiet. I was very pleased and will stay again. The only thing I didn't like about it was the location but that wasn't that important. It's all about COMFORT and that it was.

Manager was exceptionally flexible and helpful. Breakfast was oversold - barely more than a continental breakfast, but the clerk talked as if it were a Sunday buffet.

It was a nice, cute cozy hotel...It was deffinately worth the price. The price was great, location was good and the room was clean...Two thumbs up...Great experience over all...ohh yea and very friendly staffing =)

Clean rooms, Comfortable beds, friendly staff. not alot around the hotel, mostly office buildings, so you have to travel for dining, but not too far.

Good location. Clean room. Maintenance was slow to respond to problems. Knowing this was a former Hampton Inn, I expected better. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very small and basic. Toilet would not flush completely and it took three requests before it was resolved the next day.

Breakfast was available and helps with a busy schedule. The hotel was very clean and spacious. The guest computer was outdated. For my business travels this hotel addressed all my needs. Clean and uncomfortable.

There was one thing that I noticed and that was the chairs in the rooms had stains on them, not sure from what, so I stayed away from them. My television did not work in the room that the hotel assigned me, so before I was fully in the room the hotel moved me to another room. The employees were very helpful.

Location. Overall appearance. I loved the location of the hotel as it was near the family and friends I was visiting. The internet was free. But for a 3 star rating, I thought it was low budget. The hallway smelled funny. The drapes were run down. But the room was nice and comfortable. I think the hotel was just very old and needed updating.

Inexpensive to stay here. Dated and loud A/C - High speed internet was broken. This was a very basic inexpensive room. The in room air conditioner was an older unit, and very loud. The high speed internet is free, but the unit in our room was broken. The bed was comfortable, but the blankets are well worn. When my stay was extended for a night, I paid a little more to stay at the local Marriott and was much happier with that hotel.
