The rooms were nice for the price. They had nice furniture but it smelled old and musty. There was some mold in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and the pool was very nice!!

The room had a lot of space and a big bed. The mattresses could have been more comfortable. I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very nice.

The Motel was difficult to find as it was set way back from the access road and had no signs at the edge of the road pointing the way to the Motel. The room was not completely cleaned. The breakfast was nothing like the great breakfast we had at the Baymont in Mobile, AL. If what we experienced in Houston is typical of other Baymont Motels, then we will no longer consider a Baymont Hotel as our first choice.

It is impossible to beat the price on this hotel. Free wifi, free breakfast, free parking, clean rooms, awesome staff. I honestly regret staying here only one night as we booked into a more expensive hotel (these arrangements were made months ago) and what a mistake it was, they nickel and dime'd us to death. You CANNOT beat the price of this place, its impossible. Would definitely stay at again.

The room I stayed in was spacious. Not too crazy about location and bathroom was missing towel rack. I would recommend this place as a stop-over for a few nights. The door emitted too much airspace. Overall the room was clean. As far as the bed, not that comfortable enough to sleep long in. I would come back again. Awesome staff!

This hotel is a dump. The room was dirty and there were huge stains on the carpet. The lobby was the only "nice" part of this hotel. Even the stairs and walkway was nasty. The property did have security on staff at night and they locked the gate after 10pm. If I had know then what I know now I would have never stayed there.

Starting with the staff, this was one of the worst experiences at a hotel I've had yet. I get there the WiFi was down. Being a business travler and depending on the WiFi I asked if they would do anything for me due to the inconvience as I really can't get much done with out the WiFi. They just looked at me funny and made me feel bad for asking. Then they give me my room key. The room looked nice, at first, but upon further inspection I found a vast number of things wrong. The bed was made but upon opening the sheets I discovered they were still dirty, there was a used medicine bottle in the room behind the chair, there were 3 used cups scattered about the room, the fridge was disgusting as was the bathroom. Even the picture on the TV was horrible. The more I looked the more I found. Not to mention what looked like bug droppings in all the drawers... I went to complain about the room... and note I said "went" as in walked to the front desk because in that room the phone didn't work either... After another questioning look from the "customer service" personal at the front desk and I had a new room key. The 2nd room wasn't so bad, minus the WiFi, but even the new room was not so nice... oh, and the next morning when I asked for a receipt... the same glare and questioning. I was so happy to get out of there I didn't even try their free continental breakfast.

The room was ok, nothing special. The pool wasn't all that great, clean enough though. The elevator needs some maintenance however, as we got trapped on it near the 3rd floor.

Though the location of this hotel was perfect and the breakfast was good....I was very disappointed with my room. There was mold on the ceiling and around the AC and, the bathroom floor looked dirty and the bath tub was chipped and stained. There was no shampoo and even after I asked for some, it was never brought to my room.

Staff went out of way to make us FEEL WELCOMED. Helped out with maps. Room was large, clean, air conditioned. Brkfst good variety.Free parking. True it is on a one way road that parallels the fwy. There is a HUGE bldg with 9000 on it, Denny's, the FLEA Market and then the driveway for the hotel that sets off to the back AWAY from the noisy fwy. The doors & windows are thick, hard to hear noise outside if they're closed. The city is HOT & HUMID, not the hotels fault. I am returning to Baymount in in August just for their hospitality

requested a smoke free room...smelled like someone had been smoking in the room for years. Windows whistled at night...we were there during the Olympics and the TV didn't have the channel that the Olympics was on! Breakfast was minimal....

Continental breakfast. Not very clean or safe and WIFI undependable.

Hotel room was clean for the most part. The hotel is not the newest and I did not expect a 5 star room. For the money and location, it was more than adequate. Considering they are still recovering from Hurrican Ike, I wiould say things were better than expected. I slept well every night I was there and the staff was pleasant and professional. The only thing I would recommend is that they spring fro some new televisions (mine had a green screen) and maybe install at least one computer with a printer in the lobby for business travelers to print boarding passes. Overall, I was pleased and would stay there again. It is conveniently located and the price was perfect.
