We returned here after a satisfactory previous stay. Although still nice enough, the hotel is beginning to show its age, but not bad enough to stop staying here at this time. The rooms are nice, clean, and appropriately equipped for the ordinary overnight stay. Nothing was wrong with our room and we were treated nicely at check-in. The breakfast is adequate. We'll go back, but will keep an eye on how well the hotel is maintained. Overall, it may be a little over priced, but not too bad by today's standards.

Location was good ,and breakfast was adequate. Maintenance was not the best, and reported broken toilet handle twice before it was repaired. Cover sheets were torn, and smallest bed I have ever encountered (full single). When asked to upgrade, I was told that, nothing else was available, lounge, chair was broken, light bulbs were missing, and no radio.

The worst thing was the fitness center. Two treadmills and a bike - none worked - all covered with yuck and very hot and stinky! Not a fitness center at all. Room was not that clean and I asked for toothpaste that was never delivered.

The entire hotel was smoke free. The beds were 4 feet off the ground! and the coffee was only decaf and did not come with cups. the continental breakfast was late and disappointing.

The location of the hotel was great and the staff was friendly. The rooms were a bit dated and unkempt. The Baymont Inn & Suites was a good place to stay if you just need a clean and safe place to sleep.

We found elevator flooring worn and dirty.The beds sheets were to small and kept pulling up.When we ate breakfast attendent could not refill orange juice because to busy doing other work.When we checked in attendent was not friendly and helpfull.

Friendly staff. Good continental breakfast. Room smelled and had open nail holes in the wall. I would stay there again. I've stayed in nicer places, but this one wasn't bad.

We booked our room through online travel website and the place was clean and they had a decent continental breakfast with friendly staff. The pool was clean and the accomodations were nice. Although if you take your own pillow BEWARE they took mine and couldn't locate it afterwards. Also a gerbil, apparently belonged to another guest at the time, creeped into our room and scared me near to death! I wil not stay there again.

Cardiology equipment was in working order. Was a little loud, too many doors slamming. Hard to see TV (which is very nice) while lying in bed. Bed sits high and TV sits low.

I enjoyed staying with Baymont. The room was clean. The service was great. Needs a little improvement on the billing. My credit card was double billed for my stay. Over all my stay was good.

It was very clean and nice. I have no complaints. The hotel was very easy to find. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It greatly exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay there again.

The sheets and blankets are WORN OUT!!!! Blanket looked very dirty. Desk clerk was very helpful in telling me a good place to eat BBQ.

Beds were very comfy. Ran out of orange juice in the Cont. breakfast too soon. We arrived kind of late, but it wasn't a hassle getting in and to our room. The clerks were very knowledgeable of where things were and friendly. When asked for extra towels, no problem. The only thing we didn't like was this hotel didn't accept pets. We had a nice stay.

Beds were comfortable. Had conveniences such as microwave, refrigerator, hairdryer, coffeepot, etc. Many eating places nearby. Little hard to find the first time, but then it was no problem. The hotel was clean, comfortable and centrally located with many nearby eating places. My husband loved it that Gander Mtn. was just across the highway, Outback was across another street and it was centrally located.

I liked the room. Refrigerator, microwave and furnishings. TV selections except no Fox News available, I don't like CNN. The breakfast selections were so-so. I expected a better selection for the price! The staff was pleasant, not overly friendly. The pool outside looked green in color so we did not go swimming. The continental breakfast was not very good. The desk area did not furnish a lot of literature on Hattiesburg. We wanted more info on things to do although there probably wasn't much to do there anyway. The location was great. Close restaurants and shopping areas were a big plus.

Location. This was a second visit - room was not ready upon checking . Not enough towels, floor had stains, tapes from Hurricane still on windows - small vanity. This hotel is located in a great location for our vacation plans. We had stayed at this hotel a month earlier and everything was fine. Upon the second visit, the room was not ready. We had to wait for a second room that had tape from Hurricane Katrina still on it, the floor had a large stain and there were not adequate towels. The complimentary shampoo/soaps were not replenished each day. Vanities are small for toiletries. The continental breakfast was not stocked well. Kept running out of food. Bottom line, this was not a good stay and we do not plan to stay here again. Will pay more if necessary to get a "comfortable" hotel.
