Pretty much an average hotel room. The breakfast was just okay. Expect nothing hot but a waffle.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff. Older hotel. Great hotel for the money, comfortable beds, great location, older but clean.

Staff friendly and helpful. Windows have problems as they are sealed shut . Bathroom sink improperly installed so that if you turn the water on low, it backflows over the counter and may damage items you've put on the counter by sink. Ice Bucket had big crack in it. Located by I-540, easy access , with lots of restaraunts in area.

In town for my mother's surgery. Nice rooms, great staff. I would recommend this hotel.

When we arrived at the hotel they told me I wasn't promised what I ordered on orbits bc I did it online and not through the hotel directly but the room was there fornis after the staff searched their system for our room. The staff was friendly tho and the room was comfortable and clean.

This hotel was great for what we paid. Hotel staff was really pleasant. The floors were damp, like humidity had set in. Overall I would choose this hotel again, I usually stay in a more expensive hotel, but I was only planning on going there to sleep. So it was a great choice !

The Baymont has been around for about ten years. It has come a long way since I first stayed here in 2000. The tub is cracked and rusting. The room itself is comfortable, but the biggest problem is location. The hotel is parallel to I-540 and if you get the west side it's quiet. If you have a room on the east side (odd-numbered rooms) you are about 150 feet from I-540 and a generally constant drone of traffic. Go elsewhere.

The Baymont Inn and Suites Fort Smith, Fort Smith, Arkansas was in an excellent location, right off 540-S, and near several major places to eat and shop along Rogers Ave. The room was adequate, although there were not enough available suites which was my preference. I least liked the bathroom which was very small. The staff was friendly and inviting. While it would never be my first preference, in a pinch I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Convenient to our travel route and comfortable beds.

We travel with a cat so we were pleased when we checked in at the Baymont and found the rooms very clean and free from any pet smells. The service was great. They called to make sure we had everything we needed after getting settled. The staff was surprisingly friendly.

I have been coming to Baymont FSM since 2000. The AR Air Guard used to use it as a contract quarters, it was our regular location... not anymore. It's a sign of the quality of the establishment when the clerk says ""Just a minute, let me check and see if your room is clean, the staff sometimes forgets"" when you check in. The shower is abysmal (not the first time for this comment, either) and it's noisy (you're 150 feet from I-540.) This place has gone downhill since about 2003. Better places nearby.

Microfrig in room. Piece of wadded up toilet paper in bathtub? Overall we were very pleased especially with the price in regard to the quality of the room. I think the maid must've accidentally dropped the paper in the tub and didn't notice it before she left.

"Close to airport, good selection of restaurants nearby, clean rooms, quiet, friendly staff. Overall, very good choice for overnight stay in Ft. Smith. If you're picky about pillows, bring your own."

Customer service. Shower. This was a great hotel with the exception of the shower. The water pressureand the shower head seemed to be clogged.

"Excellent service and friendly staff at all times, clean and spacious suites, believe my dog enjoyed it as much as I did."
Date of Stay:

Convenient location, friendly staff. With a little up keep and replacement of carpet and chair covers in Lobby, dinning room and rooms would give a much better and fresher appearance.
