The Baymont Inn & Suites Flint was a great value for the money and the staff were great and very courteous. I've never had a check-out from a hotel go so quickly! The room was very comfortable, the only suggestion I would have is to have the carpets shampooed, and to actually launder the blankets as well and not just the sheets and pillow cases. Other than that we were satisfied with the hotel and would stay again possibly in an upgraded room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, pool and hot tub were very good as well. Very good for business or leisure stay and restaurant was within walking distance. Continental breakfast was very good and area was kept very clean.

I stayed at this hotel one night on business. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and as shown in pictures. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from a major grocery store, and near many restaurants. The elevator seemed in need of maintenance, as it jolted and bumped a bit. The breakfast was purely "continental" -- the only hot items were those you could put in the provided toasters (including pre-made waffles). Still, it was a good, basic business hotel at a very reasonable rate. I would stay there again on business.

Should have paid the few extra 's and stayed at a better hotel. Carpets smelled old - mattresses very old and need to be replaced. We all had the worst sleep over. Walls very thin - could hear a couple fighting next door throughtout the night till 4:00am. Great location for us but will never stay at this hotel again - my sleep is more valuable than staying in a cheaper hotel.

The Baymont Inn and Suites provided exactly what we needed. My mom and I were traveling between Ann Arbor and Birch Run and needed a mid-range hotel with a good price that was right off the expressway. This was it! The continental breakfast was not fancy but had a good selection, and was not for early risers (served 7-10 a.m.). We did not use the pool or any of the other amenities as we were only there one night, arrived late and left early the next morning. We had a handicap room which we did not need but seemed well set-up.

Very helpful staff. Staff members smoking right outside the entrance is not good. Incredibly helpful staff. I left my eyeglasses in my room. When I discovered the fact 12 hours later, the glasses were at the front desk. A clerk drove the glasses to an overnight express place and let me know they were on the way. Outstanding!

the room i was given was ok but the rug was very drity and patch all over it the rug looked like i.t had not been steam clean or otherwise in years. i was there for a wedding and maybe 70% of hotel was my people all said they would never stay in this hotel again. i agree with them this hotel lost resevations and the sulite we got for the brides parents was 2 hotel rooms with a conecting door the only difference was it had a couch in one room i will never stay at this hotel again and i will be going back in may/june but not to this hotel

In town for my mother's funeral I was shocked to arrive to not 1, but 3 smelly (like old wet carpet) rooms they tried to put us in. By the time we got to room 3 I was so irritated I took the room to get some sleep. Then had issues with the keys not working in room 3. The first room also had a sock on the floor near the bed. The next day we moved to a fourth room with no smell. The pool area had wet towels all over the floor and a band aid on the floor that was there for 2 days. Towels weren't resupplied in the pool area during the day. The exercise room showed signs of water damage on the ceiling and had a piece of the ceiling tearing away. The best thing about this stay was the warm pool. They seemed to be understaffed and not a lot of attention was paid to simple things that would have made a difference in my judgement of their facility.

The hotel was disgusting. The girl at the front desk couldn't help because she made a personal call as we walked up. The room stunk like a wet dog, the toilet was dirty, and the carpet was soaking wet. Needless to say we took the money hit and ran.

Good but pricey for what I got. The jacuzzi was not hot enough!

Only stayed here one night, but would stay here again. Near expressway, but there was no traffic noise. Room was clean and met all our needs during our stay. Near many places to eat. Hotel was tucked in an industrial area, but we found it.

We arrived late driving in rain. The hotel had a covered reception area. That was nice. Staff where friendly and the room was clean. Our location was 10 to 15 minutes from the Birch Run outlets & Frankenmuth. Clean, comfortable, convienent & priced right. I was glad to get what I expected.

The pool was clean. The carpet needed cleaning and the mattresses were thin. Only the minor touches, like the framed mirror over the sink, raised this hotel above the better priced Super 8.

It had a microwave and fridge in the room. No complaints at all. This hotel was great for the price. Many places to eat nearby, Meijer's across the street and the breakfast was pretty good. My room had a fridge and microwave which I did not expect for the price, Hotel is easy to find and close to highway. I was very pleased.

Location, availability to eateries. The bedspread had body musk on it. It's expressway accessible.

It was conveniently located by the Expressway. Located near restaurants. Didn't receive a greeting when we arrived at the desk. Clerk was on a personal call when we arrived.

Right off the Interstate, clean room, free breakfast. The decor was a little dated. A good stay for the money, clean, good location.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was well stocked. Room size, bed size and overall general appearance of the room. I was disappointed to see that the room and bed both were very small and was in need of some repairs. I was pleased with the staff as they were helpful and friendly. The location was OK and had some things close by. Overall if I were to stay at this hotel again, I would be more specific and bed size.

Close to the expressway. Lots of eateries to choose from. I could hear people walking above me. Kids running up and down the hallway. I have stayed at this location before and find the front desk clerks to be pleasant. I do not like the fact that I can hear people walking above me. The next time I stay, I will ask for the top floor.

Nothing. Everything. The place smelled, it was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in a long time. The room didn't even have an alarm clock, the shower was disgusting and the carpet was dirty also.
