We were in Elizabethtown for Fort Knox graduation ceremonies. Staff had printed out directions to the base for anyone that needed them. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and even more within 10 miles. Hotel was undergoing minor renovations to playground and possibly fitness center. Even though some staff members were not very knowledgable they were all friendly and tried to help any way they could.This location was much nicer than anything we saw closer to Fort Knox.

A wonderful location with the best accommodating surroundings for all of our needs. There was not a thing that I disliked about this motel. If I had to pass on to others about the trip that I just had, I would include a recommendation for this hotel without hesitation. The staff went beyond normal to insure our comfort and were helpful in every way.

We arrived very late in the evening. In our first room, the room appeared to have not been used in quite some time. Someone had used the rest room and had not flushed...very disgusting. The ironing board cover was stained and horrible. Then we discovered a slug w/it's slime on the wall and on the floor. We were moved to a different room where we found dirt and small dead bugs in the sheets. The night manager offered to move us again, we simply requested clean sheets and made the bed ourselves, the night manager said that she would adjust our rate. The next morning we discovered that she had only adjusted it by . We spoke to the manager on duty, who was very rude and never apologized for our inconvenience, she asked what we expected her to do, said she had looked at the sheets and found nothing and then she did refund us our entire rate but was very rude and disrespectful to us. We will not ever stay at a Baymont again and will never recommend this hotel to anyone. We had stayed at quite a few hotels in our time and this was the worst due to the lack of concern by management the following day. This is the first time we have ever had to complain about our room and were treated horribly the next day.

We stayed here while visiting family in military at Ft. Knox. It was nice but somehow we kept missing Room Service to change bedding and towels.

This hotel was easy to find and conveniently located right off the freeway. It had an indoor heated pool that the kids LOVED. There were plenty of towels available poolside. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Desk staff were friendly and helpful -- also very efficient. Continental breakfast was good -- fruit, breads, waffles, juice, milk, toast.

The room was large and clean. The bottom sheet was too small for the mattress and would not stay on and the A/C was rather loud. The breakfast was good and the location is very convenient plus a friendly staff.

I did not here any kids running up and down the hall ways. And everyone was nice. There was not much that I didn't like, I had a good time.

Overall the hotel was very nice, the staff was extremely friendly and prompt with check-in. The room was very clean and well maintained. This room was well worth the money, then again I have never had issues with Baymont Inns.

Check in was a breeze, the continental breakfast was delightful and the atmosphere was very relaxed. We will use this hotel again in the future. The only dissapointment was the ice machine on our floor wasn't working properly.

The price was great and the quality was worth the price. Maid service, came too early and did not return. We enjoyed out stay, everyone was very helpful and all our questions were answered and they were very courteous. The maid service was the only disappointment due to they did not come the first day at all, and we did not even have a do not disturb sign for the door so that was not an excuse. We had to request maid service the next day so that we could get clean towels. Then on the final day, we were able to finally sleep in and at 9:00 am they were waking us up by knocking and coming on in!!! Otherwise it was great!! I would stay there again, I just know now what I have to do to make my stay more enjoyable the next time.

Overall this hotel was ok. It was clean. The staff was not very friendly, especially the cont. breakfast lady. The food was store bought donuts. The pool was nice - but NO TOWELS. Considering the other hotels in the area, I would stay here again. Just get a good rate.

"I have stayed at this hotel several times while visiting family and freinds on base. Each time i plan a trip to the area, I hunt for a new place, but seem to go back again and again. Its clean and has a good breakfast. I read someone complained about being able to mail stuff, PO was ONLY 2 blocks away. Walmart is very close and resturants near by. I am in fact headed to the area again next week 03/07 and will once again find myself staying at this hotel. staff is always curtious, helpfull and freindly. Lobby does have internet for the guest, which I love. "

"This hotel wasw perfectly adequate, in a minimalistic, simplistic sort of way. The room was somewhat small, the pillows flat, and we were only allowed one extra pillow for the four of us. No direct mail service out of the hotelo, mail was delivered to another hotel to be picked up by the post office. on the positive side the staff was always courteous and friendly."

"$* per night got me a clean and comfortable stay right off I-65.Newer hotel.Nice pool,great cont.brkfst. w/lg. dining area,free coffee in lobby.Friendly & helpful desk staff.Adjoining rooms, if needed.MANY nearby restaurants to choose from.Fast food, Cracker Barrel,steak houses,etc.Gas, grocery.Only complaint was that the walls are a little thin.Ask for a room with no one next to you, if available.Water pressure in the shower is A++++! Would stay again."
