Free breakfast was of good quality with nice variety. Outside corridors.

Great value for the money. Room and lobby were comfortable and clean, desk personnel were helpful, breakfast was good.

This hotel was a great deal. We traveled to see a sporting event and had our 14 year old son and his friend so we rented two rooms. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly, they always had a smile. Thank you for making our stay in Louisville not only fun but also affordable. I would stay here again.

I liked that every room had it's own door leading outside. Pop machine was all the way in the lobby. Overall a good stay.

This hotel was well worth the price! All the staff were helpful and friendly - did whatever they could to help us have a good weekend. It's not the Ritz but the location is great for restaurants, shopping centers and easy access to Interstate. Baymont was par with the other hotels in the area in terms of general accomodations and less expensive. We plan on returning to the Baymont when we go back to Louisville in January.

The room was quite nice and clean and new. Certainly not a luxury hotel but everything was clean and new, without any apparent wear. No trouble at all with sounds, very quiet. The air conditioner worked great. Fan was a little loud but it quickly cooled the room and turned off again. Location was right off the freeway and within fifteen minutes to the airport or downtown. The wireless internet was free and worked well. For the price this hotel was great!

Great complimentary snacks at all times good continental breakfast. Walls seemed a little thin. We enjoyed this hotel at our stay for the Kentucky Derby. I'd like to come back and try it when things were not quite as hectic.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast bar was excellent. The rooms were clean and adequate in size. We had 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) in the room and the only problem was that house keeping only provided us with 3 sets of towels and I had to go down to front desk every day and request another set of towels.

We were in Louisville for a wedding and chose this hotel over the one the family suggested. We were glad we did. The room was small but clean & comfortable. There were many TV stations to choose from and free wireless Internet access. The breakfast had several choices and was kept well stocked.

Great location, good selection of nearby restaurants, great value. Small parking lot. Great value for the money, basic accommodations, great location with a good selection of nearby restaurants.

We arrived and were given a room upstairs on the second floor. The stairwell was musty and damp smelling. We reserved a room with two double beds, but you could barely turn around in this room (it was about 13 X 13). The bathroom was in the corner and also very small. The bathroom floor was dirty. The room was clean enough, but I couldn't get over how small it was. We asked for a non-smoking room but there were cigarette burn marks on the sink. It was descent....not really bad, but definitely not that great. Came in, wrote this review, and went to bed. Generally I don't give bad reviews so that's why I'm giving a 3. It was reasonably priced, but once again, you get what you pay for.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days. The rooms we had could use some updating. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom wall was falling apart. There were some large cracks in the ceiling above the bed. I worried that the person walking upstairs could cause it to cave in. I will spend a little more for a nicer room for my stay at the end of the month.

Close to freeway. Only outside entrances. The hotel was much less than I had expected, but reasonable I guess. No bugs, no hair in the tub, etc. But there are only outside entrance rooms and they will not bring you extra blankets and pillows, you have to go get them yourself. As a woman traveling alone, I wasn't so happy about that, but it would be a decent place to stay under different circumstances.

Reserved a 3 room suite!!!! HA 1 King bed with "doorway" between rooms. Sofa bed nothing but springs, no sheets. Air conditoner sounded like air plane taking off. 2nd day, no coffee or cups to replace what was used, took bath soap & did not replace. When you sat on the sofa the cusions almost hit the floor and one needed help to get up. The hall smells old and dirty. NEVER again here.

The interstate location was great, easy on & off. Very clean. When we arrived, after unloading, I realized I didn't have an ash tray for my smoking room.I called the front desk and one was there in a few minutes. the wireless internet was fast, easy connection. The bed was wonderful, with plenty of pillows. My only negative was the room was a little small. But for the price, it was great. Would defiantly stay there again. The breakfast seem to be nice, I only had a banana and coffee.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I was pleased with my decision and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

the room was good but i missed not having a minifridge for drinks and food.

Clean, attractive, and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Hard to find from the main street. Had a very pleasant stay, even opting on staying longer. Would recommend to others.

Convenient location, friendly front desk personnel. Room was musty smelling; bathroom tile was moldy, could hear every time someone in the room above moved, couldn't wait to check-out.

The cleanliness and newness of the rooms. Small bathroom. The hotel was well landscaped and clean outside. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and seemed fairly new. I was pleased.
