MY STAY IN THIS HOTEL WAS WONDERFUL, THEY HAVE A VERY FRIENDLY FRONT DESK, AND THE MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS, VERY CLEAN HOTEL AND NOT FAR FROM DOWNTOWN.

The king size bed was welcoming and luxurious, and the room was large. Nothing was disliked. This inn is fresh for the location, but has an awkward entrance from the main road that is only easily accessible from traffic coming from a nearby neighborhood. It is easiest to enter through the Burger King parking lot that directs you right into the drive-up entrance. The front desk has prepared map quest print outs for key locations in the area, making it easy for the tourist/traveler to navigate about town.

Breakfast was OK. Bed sheets had stains when I arrived. I was disappointed with the location. There was some sort of nightclub in front of the hotel. The staff at the hotel was very friendly, but I don't think I will stay there again.

The hotel was clean and friendly. Breakfast is a step above most. This is a great location and the breakfast is good. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great customer service and comfortable rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. From the moment of check-in to the moment of check-out, the services is wonderful. The rooms are very comfortable and had every amenity that we needed. We will also stay there when we travel to that part of Houston.

Very close to downtown, plenty of hot water, good complimentary breakfast and comfortable beds. It was awkward trying to drive into the entrance from the direction I was traveling because of the street's design. The Hampton Inn was very convenient to downtown Houston and the event I was attending. It was also adjacent to I-10 which took me directly into Houston and the hotel and from the hotel to the event. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone who will be attending a downtown function and wants to get back to their hotel quickly!

Clean -helpful front desk- internet in room free - I could choose to leave room as is while out for the day - didn't need cleaning services. Not one thing - everything was excellent in every way! This hotel was excellent in every way. Convenient to freeway, clean, smelled fresh and clean, friendly service, quiet at night providing good sleep, beds and linens were very nice, plenty of towels to keep me from having to use cleaning services for the week. Great breakfasts every morning and great coffee options.

Forgot my toothbrush and comb and the front desk gave me both. Very helpful with all my needs. Breakfast was great. Can't think of a thing. Wow, was I suprised. This is not a 2 Star hotel. It had to be at least a 4 1/2. Great service great location. Easy accrss to the highway. Had one of the best sleep time I have ever had staying away from home.

The beds and shower were great. You are out in the middle of nowhere, no restaurants, nothing to see, interstate concrete thats about it! If you need to get away from town and don't need entertainment, or anything to eat, or do this is your place in the middle of nowhere.

People at front desk were very friendly and helpful and rooms were very big Found a couple of hairs on my sheets when I pulled them back. Good hotel, would stay there again.

Exceeded expectations. Squeaky clean. Helpful staff. No shuttle service. Hot water in bath was SCALDING and burned me. It doesn't look like much on the outside but inside it's beautiful. The room was spacious and well-designed, clean and breathable (which I'm sure other non-smokers will appreciate). It came with a small American breakfast that hit the spot. I would stay there again.

clean, quiet, location to much light entering the room early in the AM Staff was very friendly and helpful and accommodating. The location was accessible to many eateries. Would return again.
