Staff was friendly and courteous. I can't think of a negative to report. I was very pleased with my stay at the Baymont Battle Creek. One of the things that I look for in a hotel are quiet rooms and my room at the Baymont certainly was quiet and restful. The in-room mini-fridge and microwave were appreciated as was the ironing board and iron. I was glad that the hotel does not charge extra for wireless internet access and it was apparent that they had several wireless hubs serving the hotel which made for very good signal strength. Overall I felt the Baymont Battle Creek was an excellent value for the dollar.

Stayed here for a baseball tournament but would not come back. Hallway smelled of smoke, toilet was plugged (although promptly fixed), pillowcase was spotted, breakfast was no way as nice as many we've had in other hotels. While eating breakfast there was an angry guest yelling at hotel staff about some reservation screw up. It sounded like his wedding party was left with no place to stay the night but the hotel didn't seem to be taking care of the problem. Overall, the room was marginal. Price was inflated for the tournament which added insult to injury. Bathroom was so tiny heaven forbid if you're overweight!

The beds were comfortable, queen size would have been much better. The carpets need to be cleaned. This hotel was a good experience and would use this motel again when I return to Battle Creek for another visit. A very good continental breakfast, and very clean bathroom and pool area. A very pleasant stay.

Excellent stay.Front Desk Staff was very helpful & Knowlegable. Has everything once look for Inroom Fridge& Microwave,Free Breakfast.,Good & Spacious rooms.

It was very clean and the staff was nice. Nothing major but the moldings in the room were lose. This place is not a Ritz but it is clean and tidy. I would stay here again.

I had a terrific stay. The staff was very friendly and accomadating. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would highly recomend this hotel. It was quite and just an overall great stay.

The price. The mattresses were really old. This hotel was overpriced for the service it provided. We were only staying one night in Battle Creek and this was in close proximity to where we wanted to be and it was less expensive than the other hotels in the area. For such a depressed city, the hotels prices were certainly not. I would not recommend any hotel in Battle Creek, but this one was the least expensive.

Great value at a descent price. Location in reference to major highway. Great value for a descent price. Clean rooms with wonderful service. Pool area clean and hot tub was refreshing after a long day.

The breakfast was decent. The mattresses were lousy. I didn't care, but my young kids panned them. Nice and clean, but the area had some police activity across the street later the next day. The hotel was very convenient for visiting Cereal City, which is directly across the street. The breakfast was better than some hotels with 3 stars. I've stayed a couple of other "two star" hotels in the area, and this one was nicer.
