The hotel was very clean and staff did a good job. I was in town for vacation with my boyfriend. Decent location, within walking distance to Centennial Park, and a few nice restaurants. However, was not in the "midst" of clubs or anything like that. But, for the price I paid that is what I expected. Very clean hotel and nice layout. You have to pay extra for parking, which they don't tell you about ahead of time. The pool was great, with a hot tub, and even though it "closed" at 11 pm, we could still swim at 3 am, which was nice. It was a little more noisy by our room because our door was right by the pool on the same floor, otherwise it may not have been so noisy. The front desk was very helpful with giving directions for things and tips on eating places. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, which was disappointing. And the rooms were very small and the bathroom counter didn't have enough space to put everything.

The location of the hotel was nice, close to everything. Had to pay 15 dollars for parking and bugs in the bed! Was a horrible experience!

First, the positive. The waffle maker made the breakfast there. Seemed like the hours went longer than most so it was nice not to have to dash out of bed and to breakfast. Staff were nice enough and answered questions that we had about the area. It was kept pretty clean. We got there about 2:30 in the morning and were checked in quickly, which was a relief. A couple of suggestions, for the hotel, that we have: when there are four people in the room, four towels please! (we had to request an additional towel every day), replace broken ceiling tiles in the bathroom, bed pillows are definitely lacking.

I'm realizing how careful I must be when making assumptions about hotels based on the name and first appearance. I didn't research as well as I should have before choosing this hotel because of name recognition. I will not make that mistake again. The rooms look and SMELL like what you would imagine in a run down truck stop. I would happily have paid more to be free of this but the worst of my stay was due to the poor exchange I had with the hotel manager after a parking snafu. You would think someone in the business of hotel "accomodations" would understand the meaning of "accomodate". She obviously did not. I would recommend this hotel to ANYONE! There is NO discount worth the LACK of customer service, decorum and accomodation we found at this hotel.

The hotel staff was friendly enough. The pool was nice and shared with a sister hotel that was a short distance away. The fitness center was also very nice, unlike previous hotels that I have been to.

Location to attractions and continental breakfast. Rooms were well kept and service people were very accommodating.

The price and location was convenient. I was unaware it was more like a motel rather than a hotel (in which you access your room from outdoors). Other than that, it was fine.

Their customer service is horrible. Front Desk agents are very rude! PLUS, they have no idea what they are doing, NOR DO THE SO CALLED MANAGERS. tHEY all continue to pass issues off to someone else instead of resolving it. There was 4 of us staying in the room, we were each to pay for one night for a 4 night stay. They charged the first person to check in for 4 nights, myself for 3 nights and the other lady for two nights. The 4th staying in our room paid cash so she didn't get overcharged. ALSO, the security at this hotel is horrible. Homeless people walking around the corridors asking guest for money and using the bathrooms where ever they feel like. The doors on the rooms do not lock appropriately unless you slam the door shut! VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The only thing good about this hotel is the breakfast they have each morning, but definitely not worth being overcharged!! STAY ELSEWHERE!

Gated entrance. Had to enter room from outside. Nice, safe staff was very friendly and attentive.

The service was ok...Could be better...The pool and the Jacuzzi was a nice touch, until you look next door and see another hotel and think to yourself, WOW. I wonder what they have next door...1)The pool area closes at a certain time...2)When it rained there where a lot of leaks around da hotel walkway. The reason why i say "make sure your car is not a rental" is because 3) you have to a pay a parking fee every night when staying there... Here u are taking all of our money for our hotel stay and at the end i have to pay to park my car and you cant even pay the front desk at the end of your stay, you have pay the parking CLERK up front..... Besides that if your a beer drinker and love the sweet taste of that bud light, miller light,Heineken, corona,ATLANTA has plenty of convenient stores even GAS STATIONS opened until da by law time.... Well where im from is 11:00pm.....

We walked to the World of Coke and the Georgia Aquarium. This is not a first class hotel, but it is a great value. The pool was nice and the breakfast was good. We did not have any problems during our 3 day stay.

Friendly staff. Binding door locks. A good location in Atlanta - close to the sights of downtown.

The rooms were nothing special, but the service at the front desk was less than helpful. At times it was downright rude."

The door on the bathroom would not close unless we shoved it hard; it got very noisy one night around 1:30AM, but the staff was quick to come up and ask the loud folks to be quiet when we called front desk.

Excellent location. The bathroom in the room was very small and cramped. I liked that it had gated security. I felt safe. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional.

Business trip. Hotel was close to my ATL location. Hotel was OK at best. Internet did not work. Had to insist on new room on second night as no one seem to care enough to do any thing about the internet problem. They gave me another room only to shut me up...

Location was excellent. Size of the room was too small. Very courteous staff, clean atmosphere, but rooms were incredibly small, and getting around the hotel was like a maze.

For our business trip that we were on for two days in fit the bill. Beats paying a higher rate where our conference was when all we needed was a place to rest. Breakfast was a plus. Everything we needed (food, transportation) was within walking distance so location was great. Be careful of the locals as they like to talk and "help" so they can get a handout. Felt safe walking the streets since there was security always on patrol. Room itself was average, free wifi a plus. I would stay there again if it was for business.
