Nice room size. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The room, and location of this hotel were excellent. The staff upon arrival was helpful, however the staff upon checkout was not. I think that the breakfast should include eggs. The beds are way to hard, or at least my bed was very hard. Smokes change the beds.

The bed was very uncomfortable. I stayed 2 nights and almost checked out after the first. Staff was vey friendly but I'll spend the extra money and stay somewhere else in the future.

The positives are the room was clean and safe. I felt like the other guests were all average folks like my family. The hotel was in a convenient place minutes from downtown, right off the interstate and just down from lots of restaurants and airport. The negatives are the room was overpriced for the overall quality... I paid with taxes 125, and the room felt more like a 75 room. It was cheaply furnished with NO MICROWAVE OR FRIDGE in our room....hello? I thought all places had these. There were only 20 channels on the tv. There were ashtrays hanging on the hallway walls near my non-smoking room. Yuck, as the hallways were sorta claustrophic anyway. However, if you just need a safe, clean place to sleep, the hotel was fine, especially if you are just getting it for access to the airport. We were just a little disappointed since we don't travel much and were hoping for a little nicer room on our quick trip with our son to see A Day out with Thomas at the railroad museum. We unfortunately missed Thomas pulling into the station though b/c the hotel personnel didn't understand how the travel agency billed when we went for checkout. It all got resolved, but didn't help us overall...

Good location close to restaurants. Did not received clean coffee cups next morning & staff was to busy or not willing to bring any cup.

This is a clean and friendly place to stay and the location is KEY. The kitchen that has the free fruit and drinks 24hrs is such a nice thing to offer. I would stay again. The staff were great.

Very centrally located with free 24 hr. airport shuttle. Close to very quaint downtown Grapevine and close to Grapevine Mills Outlet Mall. Next to great steak house (Bob's Chop House). Great hot breakfast included.
