Having done much research on different hotels in Moab, we decided on BW Canyonlands based on others' positive reviews. We were super impressed...the hotel was clean (and trust me, I am SUPER picky about cleanliness!), decorated for the Fourth of July in a classy way, had a yummy Hot breakfast, and friendly staff. My husband and daughter enjoyed the pool, and the room was plenty big enough for all 4 of us, plus my son's pack-n-play. The location was perfect....many things are within walking distance. We would certainly stay here again!!!

Room was very large and clean. Breakfast room was large and there were many choices, including waffles. We checked in after midnight and desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

This motel provides basic lodging at an affordable rate. Its access to Mesa Verde - about 10 miles to the park entrance - makes it a good place to stay if you are not staying in the park. My wife and I stayed at this motel for the first time in November, 2006. I find that the overall quality has stayed consistent between visits which is a very good sign. They provide a very good continental breakfast.

We stayed in Cortez as we visited Mesa Verde. Hotel staff was helpful and courteous. Yummy Continental Breakfast. Great Pool and Hot Tub. Large and Clean Rooms!!! Highly Recommend

This motel Have best clean rooms I ever stayed. All facilities. Nice treatment.

There was blood on the pillowcase. The pool was cloudy and green. The phone didn't work and when I asked for a replacement, said no. The airconditioner/heater vibrated violently. Could not get clean bath towels. Said they were all out!
