If you have to be away from home over the Thanksgiving weekend, then The Baymont Inn and Suites is the next-best-place to being home. My family had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at the Baymont Inn & Suites. All hotel staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The indoor pool was awesome. The complimentary breakfast was excellent (love those biscuits and gravy and waffles!).

Staff was friendly and room clean. Requested non-smoking room, but it smelled like smoke.

I arrived with a reservation at 10 pm at this hotel and was told they absolutely would not take pets and they would charge me * if my pet was found in the hotel. I was left stranded and very tired. On top of that the clerk was RUDE and no effort was made to find me another room in the area. Where is the hospitality here? I wouldn't step foot back in this place.

Location. Vending machines where not restocked when sold out. Would not recommend for anything other than just overnight stop while traveling. Water pressure was low, hot water would scald you when other rooms used their water.

Room was noisy, sounded like it was open and I-75 traffic was very audible.Carpet in room felt sticky and had recent food spills still present

Staff was very friendly and rooms wereclean! I was very pleased at the friendliness of staff and the continental breakfast was really good and the hostess keeps everything stocked and clean.

Location. Room selected to close to parking lot. Easily located, off noisy highway, breakfast was great; my room on ground floor too close to parking noises and incoming guests, etc, noisy motor cycle from non-guest ran on and on while passenger made cell phone call. Would suggest other side of building.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the free breakfast was excellent. I was very pleasantly surprised by the free breakfast. It was excellent. The room was very nice and clean and the pool was welcoming as well. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again and I would recommend this hotel.

Very good location to access from the Interstate. The complementary breakfast was very poor. I advise to eat out. If you are looking for a clean, moderately priced hotel for overnight lodging, I would suggest this one. It is easy for the traveler to find, however, the complimentary breakfast was not very good. The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and functional.
