My husband & I were attend. a family reunion one weekend. Dogs kept us up. Lobby decor leaves something to be desired--although that is minor. The second weekend me, my adult son and my 2 yr. old grandson stayed. We got in very late at night, exhausted, got our card keys--would not work. The desk attend. gave us new ones--still did not work--she tryed the master--did not work. Baby is crying--attendant tells me there are no other rooms available. Finally, after much deliberation she gave us "The Honeymoon Suite", which is a joke. Tried to use the elevator and doors were acting weird. The man who had just gotten off told me he had been stuck for 20 min. earlier. So, I carried 2 yr. old up the Hot stairwell to the 4th floor, as my son was getting the luggage. He chanced the elevator, but he had to force the doors closed! It also took almost 2 hrs to cool the room. The next morn. the breakfast was poor. Out of milk, sausage gravy was like water. Not enough seating. We just left. This was the absolute worst stay at an inn ever! Oh yes, also there was a pee stain on the back of the toilet.

Rooms were nice and comfortable. Nothing. Enjoyed staying at it. Convenient to where we had to go.

My wife and i went away for our belated anniversary this July 4th. We decided to stay in Chattanooga at the Baymont, after all the pictures were nice and most of the reviews were positive. That night the airconditioner made some horrible noise every 45 mins or so, loud enough to wake us both up. This went on for hours!! I called the front desk only to find that "all the rooms were filled and we could not move." So she claimed. Stuck in that room, we got about 2 hours of sleep total. The next morning, I called the travel agency for a refund. They contacted the manager of the property who was, how do we say, less than accomodating and down right rude. He told me that the a/c recently had a check up and it was not his fault. Basicly telling me i was making it all up. He refused my request for a refund. I will never stay here again, and beg any of you reading this NOT to stay here!! THANKS

When I went check in at Baymont the clerk was not friendly at all. She acted like I did not deserve to stay there. We had to wait and hour because our reservations had not shown up yet. When we got to our room there was a mildew and musty smell coming from the bathroom. The room was a little on the small size. The pool area was nice. The breakfast was good. Go early if you want eggs so they will not be watery. Its location is good for the attractions around there.

The towles were low to the floor, when you got off the elevator it smelt like someone was smoking. The help was rude. I told the lady at the front desk that it smelt like someone was smoking on our floor. It was a non-smoking floor. She said if someone was smoking she would charge them a extra $50 a night. How does that solve my problem. The shower didn't drain. The toilet was for midgets. There was no toilet paper. I had to go to the front desk to get some. I have stayed in a lot nicer hotels for less money. It also said there was complementary newspapers. I asked why there was none and they said they don't get them on the weekends. The pop machine was sold out of pop on the first floor. They advertised free HBO. I think maybe there was one channel not really sure. All the other channels were marked. The pool was very small. I am very dissatisfied.

My boyfriend and I planned to stay at this hotel but we walked in and were mortified! The lobby was extremely small and dark. You could tell the hotel went through some bad, unfinished renovation. We immediately left and searched for a new hotel. When we told the receptionists at the other hotels that we were searching for a new place after seeing our first hotel, they knew it was Baymont. Apparently it is a known fact in the area that Baymont is a awful place to stay.

I like the room because the bathroom and sink area were very clean. Although My family feel the bed is too soft, I'll stay there next time in that area.

Spacious room. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. The bathroom did not have a shower curtain. I was given no shampoo but two conditioners. The hotel was conveniently located and the room was spacious. The smell of cigarette smoke was objectionable, as were cigarette burns in the room. Not having a shower curtain was a problem. The staff was short to the point of rudeness. When I told the desk clerk the room did not have a shower curtain, her only response was okay.

this was the first time staying at this hotel chain. It was clean and friendly and made my vacation enjoyable from start to finish. I would definately stay at this hotel again.

Room and bath were clean and in good order. Staff was quick to correct any room problems and gave helpful directions. Breakfast was not hot unless you microwaved, and was not the quality I had hoped for and expected. Overall, nice hotel.

I was pleased for my first time booking and staying in a hotel by myself. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the workers were very kind and helpful, and I just generally had a nice stay there. It was a great place to stay! I never felt unsafe once, and was very comfortable.

Location, staff, facilities. Sheets, pillow cases needed washing. Hotel was basically very nice. Breakfast was above average. Indoor pool was nice. Sheets and pillow cases had a dirty smell. Only one elevator made waiting a little longer than at most hotels.

This was a great experience. The staff was friendly and warm. The breakfast was hot and plentiful and teh rooms were exactly what we expected. Our 4 year old loved it.

Nice pool and whirlpool area, nice room with fridge and microwave. The breakfast area is too small to navigate, cold biscuits. I was traveling with my mother and aunt. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. My aunt mentioned that she may also stay there in October while traveling with a friend.

"The staff was very pleasant and happy to help! They were remolding but I never heard any noise. Carpet was actaully like cushions to the feet! The pool was ok. The water was warm but the air was cold, way to cold to be getting in and out. Breakfast was good. But overall for the price you can't beat the service and the room was comfortable and nice."

Continental breakfast. Crowded and loud. There was a mouse in our room and had to be moved to a suite. The staff was prompt to move us but it was a busy weekend so they filled our mouse room up by morning. Both rooms were extremely loud with doors slamming and unknown noises coming from the pipes. The toilet continued to run in our first mouse room.

"Don't be quick to judge, the Baymont is under complete renovation. The rooms are still very dated, but clean and spacious. Rest of hotel is gutted, as of 12/15/06. I can tell it will be a very nice place when completed. Friendly and area-knowledgeable staff! 24hr Walmart is almost next door, and Cracker Barrel (and others) down the street! Quiet part of Chattanooga, but close enough to stadium (GO APPS! NAT'L CHAMPS 06!)"

The staff was very friendly. The pool was not clean, not enough chemicals. I would recommend it to others and stay there again.
