I booked a 2 room suite a week in advance, 2 hours prior to my arrival they called my home and said that they had over booked the suite....and they could offer me a room but not the one that I had booked..... ETHICS ISSUE!

The continental breakfast was very good. The hotel is in a good location and easy to find. The continental breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. We got there an hour before check in and she went ahead and let us check in. Since we had been up since four am this was very nice and helpful.

My wife needed a fridge in the room to store breast milk, they forgot to put it in the room. Then they brought it in as she was breastfeeding, which created a fu We never got the microwave. She was pissed the entire time. My son (5) LOVED the place. Games, nice staff who helped keep him distracted, and lots of waffles and Fruit Loops in the continental breakfast.

It was quiet, convenient location and nice desk clerk. Dirty floors, heat/air did not work properly. Lobby was clean, desk clerk was helpful and quiet. Room was dirty, bed uncomfortable in 257.

Management is not very competent. Service was lacking in several areas. There are many good choices of Houston hotels. This is not one of them.

Once you exit freeway, you need to go around the block to get to driveway. Was told the room was clean and ready when I came to check in, but there were cherry pits on the floor, something that looked to be a discharge from the nasal cavity on the alarm clock and a black smudge on one of the pillow cases. Was expecting better due to the nice pictures.

Housekeeping staff was excellent. No working ice machines. This was a place to sleep-nothing more, nothing less. Access was poor.

Check in was a mess as they did not have the correct info, but that got taken care of. The location is in the back of a parking lot and is not exactly safety inspiring. The night staff is a nightmare! We had an emergency and the clerk on duty laughed and told our daughter too bad when she did not have the room #. I went to the desk and she did the same thing and would not give me the room number of the people we checked in with. She was laughing and eating and just rude, rude, rude!

I was in Houston for a Family Wedding. Never being to Houston I was unfamiliar with the roads. There was nothing spectacular of this Hotel but it was a great host. The only problem I had was it was located on a one-way street. This made it difficult trying to get to and from my destinations.

My first impression with the front desk was fine. However, upon entering the room 2 cockroaches scattered. The room had an air of uncleanliness. After tracking down the cockroaches, I settled in, only to be awakened at 6 in the morning with the sound of vaccuum cleaners, carts rolling back and forth past my door, and very loud talking housekeepers. My do not disturb sign hung in visible sight on my door was ignored. Housekeeping began knocking on my door around 8:30 am... though the do not disturb sign was hung. After several yells on my part telling them I did not need anything, the phone rang... yep you guessed it... it was housekeeping! I reported this to front desk who basically shrugged it off saying it is hard for housekeepers to hear due to loud traffic. When I explained there was a do not disturb sign, and that housekeeping called... no apologies or courtesies were offered. I suggested replacing the wheels on the housekeepers carts with air filled rubber, instead of the current hard plastic which make a horribly loud sound along with a rattling of the room... the request fell on deaf ears. All in all, if you are a light sleeper as I am, do not wish to be disturbed when you hang a sign... this hotel is not for you. Eventually, On the 3rd day, I disconnected the phone to stop the madness. Partiers, and younger folk are more suited clients for this hotel other than business travelors or normal respectable vacationers.

Hotel location is good. Hotel owner does not care and differentiate between smoking and non smoking rooms. He gave us smoking room as non-smoking.

Location. Run down, tired and dirty. By a substantial amount, this hotel is a lesser value than other 2 star units in this zone. It should be a 1 star. Rooms were small and not updated, parking lot was dark and the continental breakfast was lacking.

I have stayed at places like this and paid well over $100.00. This place was half of that. The hotel is kind of old but offers nice, clean and comfortable rooms. The Free internet, Business center and the breakfast was not bad at all. I would stay here again.

The room was ok in general. One problem we had is that it always smelt like smoke and there was a day in which the coffee maker was not cleaned.
