Pool, breakfast. Room not clean. Carpet sticky and overall appearance poor. This hotel was acquired via priceline. After confirming our reservation, we were informed that there would be an additional fee to go from a king to two double beds. Since the hotel has a few hundred rooms and that night occupancy was quite low, we were less than happy with the managers decision to charge us extra. Not the best way to get return customers.

The room was not clean. Raisins along one baseboard and in the corner. It was obvious that vacuuming was done in the middle of the room only. Dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathrrom door. Ketchup or juice splashed on the wall. This is a nice facility...but housekeeping needs serious attention! On the plus side, friendliness was superb!!!

VERY Clean and VERY Friendly staff. Great Indoor pool. Well lit. Nicely appointed, oversized rooms. 5 year old property still looks new. Would stay here again.

This hotel was conveniently off the highway. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The pool was nice and the breakfast was good.

Room was very clean, staff was helpful. The deciding factor on the rating was the paper thin walls. You could hear every movement in the next room, all night. You also got to enjoy all of the doors slamming on the entire floor. Only a steep and narrow stairwell to the second floor, was not able to find an elevator to use. With suitcases an elevator would have been nice. Breakfast bar was well stocked and fresh.

Location, close to Interstate and good restaurants andfriendly staff. 2nd time in 2 weeks, problem with bathroom door lock - minor - but irritating. Definitely a must stay, that is at the half-way point between Houston, TX and Charleston, WV. Comfortable beds, friendly folks, and near good food.

Convenient to Interstate and friendly staff. Bathroom door lock not functioning as designed. Really great location. Desk clerk was very helpful to us. The hotel is close to some very good eating establishments especially "Genes". Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nothing. The heating system was so dirty it could not be used. This hotel should only be used if there is nothing else available. The heating system was so dirty we could not turn it on. The staff informed us that there was nothing that they could do about it. The walls were so thin that noise could be heard from next to us and above us. We would never stay here again.

Convenient to Highway, clean and comfortable. Missing a light bulb in room, and there were no cups for coffee maker. Our 2nd stay within a month's time. Great location near restaurants, gas stations. Friendly staff.

Located near the interstate. No information in room as to hotel or local services. The breakfast bar was very poor with little selection, weak coffee, and no attendant. The room, although clean, was not up to the standard that I expect from this star rating, specifically, bed linen and comfort, information as to hotel and local services, and functionality of heater/air unit. I will probably avoid this hotel chain in the future.

TV worked. Cleaner that was used was very irritating. The cleaner they use will irritate your throat and make you cough for days.

All of the lights worked are the only thing that I could think of. The cleaner that they used will make you cough the whole time of your stay. First of all when I made my reservation, I called the hotel to make sure that I could get a room with 2 beds since I was staying there with a hunting buddy. They said no problem but when I arrived, they still tried to give me a King Bed. I said that I had called to tell them my needs but he did not have any record of the call. He told me that he would have to charge me more money to get the double. I told him that was not told to me when I called but he said that was the only way I was going to get the double bedroom. I think this hotel should be pulled out of your system because of this. Second of all, when we checked into our room, the fumes from the cleaners they used were so strong that it made our throat very raw and we could not stop coughing the first night. We opened the window and turned the heat up full blast, since it was in the 20's, to try to get the fumes out. We did not let them clean the room any of the 4 days we stayed. It got better every day for that reason. And finally, we were hoping to be able to use the pool and hot tub while we stayed but it was closed the entire time we were there.

Great location and indoor pool. Bad maid service. Hotel is in a great location. Hotel had issues with cleanliness of the rooms; my room had items left there from previous guests.

Easy access. Needed minor paint touchups in bathroom. Excellent hotel for the price nothing fancy but clean. Excellent insulation my room was by the back entry door and butted up to the breakfast nook never heard a thing.

Near the interstate. No elevator to 2nd floor. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. I would stay there again. The breakfast room was nice enough but the breakfast was not very good, weak coffee, dry donuts, etc, they need to improve on that. The pool area looked nice.
