During my stay, the staff was very attentive and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the room attendant even took time to teach my daughter how to fold the towels like she did. I needed to stay an extra day and the desk person offered me the same price for the week end as the week rate. The pool was clean and my daughter practically lived in it all 4 days!! Staying at this hotel was a great experiance! I certainly applaud the staff at the baymont hotel!!

Conveniently located off the interstate. Saturday morning there was not enough water pressure to handle the guest. This was my first experience with Baymont and I have mixed feelings. There was not enough water pressure to handle the guest Saturday morning. There is no excuse for this to happen in a hotel designed to handle a large number of guest. The carpets in our room had just finished being cleaned which is good, but they were still damp. What balanced my stay out was the staff. I am big on customer service and the staff at Baymont Inn was great. I would suggest Baymont fixed the minor things and thank there staff for making doing an excellent job.

I was very much pleased with this hotel! My husband & I stayed for our anniversary, the Jaccuzi room was amazing! The staff wonderful! They have updated the rooms so the pics on here are not accurate, they are much nicer than in the pictures! I would reccomend this hotel to anyone, for a family get away.....or just a couples night....I was very impressed and will stay there again!

We had reservations with our group for a baseball tournament. We should have known by the 10 adults drinking and shooting dice just a few feet from the front desk that our stay would be unacceptable. We were put into a smoking room despite having reserved a non-smoking room. The front desk clerk told us that the rooms had already been assigned and that there was nothing she could do. I could talk to the manager in the morning. When we entered our room, the smell of smoke was overwhelming. Our children held their noses and didn't even want to stay. We had to sleep with the window open on a 40 degree night. Good thing it was so cold, otherwise the bugs would have come into the ripped screen! Being non-smokers, it was repulsive to have to sleep in this stench. Every article of clothing that entered that room had to be washed because we smelled like we spent the night in a bar. My son made the mistake of lifting the fitted sheet from his bed and he found a big brown splotch of something (don't even want to know) on the mattress pad. Our alarm clock would not set properly (the hour would not change from "5"). When I asked the front desk for a replacement, I was told that this was a maintenance issue. The door to the pool did not lock, just emitted a constant buzz. Morning breakfast was ice cold eggs and sausage. Of course, the manager was not there at the time she was supposed to be. She did not call my cell phone as I was assured she would. I called her and had to plead my case to get a refund for my stay. We'll see if that really happens!

This visit was suprising to us. We have stayed at this hotel several times while visiting family and it has always been nice...this time however was different. The bathroom floor was dirty and there was hair in the tub, and a few stains on the carpet in the middle of the bedroom. Also when we went down for breakfast the next morning it looked like a tornado had hit the area and needed restocking and cleaning. We left and went to go get breakfast at a resturant. There Free Delux Continental Breakfast was a huge dissapointment.

Bad experience right from the start. Staff tried to put another person into our room. Ice machine on 2nd floor didn't work, vending machines completely empty. Poor management.

Nice hotel. Good room, comfy beds, great breakfast bar. Pool was too cold and hot tub was too hot. Need to balance these two better.

Location., Bathroom wastoo small. The TV channels didn't match the channel it said. Also the toilet didn't flush very good. The bathroom area was to small even though the mirror and sink were out in the room, the sink area was to small too.

The staff we encountered were very friendly. The pool had closed at 11pm so we asked if it would be possible to open it for a bit so we could relax in the hot tub. The pool area was a little run down and appeared to be under construction. The bed was nicely made and had tons of pillows. WiFi in the room was very easy to access.

Staff was not helpful, did not provide ammenities as needed and told us we could only have 2 towels. The facilities were fine, staff was not.

Convenient to I-69 and I-94. Rusty fixtures in bathroom. Sink light cover popped of in middle of night. Generally a nice place to stay for a night. Some rough parts of the room. Staff much more friendly on this stop (multi-time visitor). Candy machine did not eat my dough on this trip.

The continental breakfast is excellent. Air condition is noisy. Location is good. Staff is friendly. The free breakfast has lots and varied food. The room has a fridge and a microwave. Only no internet is available in the room.

Desk staff was extremely friendly and efficient, breakfast was great. Room and pool area could have been cleaner. I don't know if I would rate this a hotel one star. A little bleach would take care of the mildew problem in the pool area. My son found a chocolate covered raisin under the bed from previous guest, I found allergy meds from a previous guest next to the coffee machine. There were gaps under the door - so we knew when everyone was waking.

Too many things went wrong or were broken. The stay was not so pleasant. The room keys would not hold their coding so you could not get into your room after one use. The TV remote did not work properly and the phones didn't either.
