Really nothing. Room was very poor, sheets and bathroom were dirty. Ugly building, just very poor. Staff was not helpful. Hotel was run down, room was out dated. Sheets were dirty, as was the bathroom. I felt disgusting while in the room. Overall was very very disappointed in the hotel.

My room was able to opened without a key! Nothing was really done about it. Overall was good. My room was subject to breakin because my room could be entered without a key.

Near Ohio University. Not within walking distance to the town. We had a wonderful Halloween at your hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

Very convenient to highways and Ohio University. This is one of the nicer hotels in the Athens area. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Plus it has a pool, which we didn't have time to enjoy.

Beds were comfortable. The desk was in an inconvenient place in the room. Hotel wasn't too bad overall. It met my need for a moderately priced hotel. It was near a few shopping areas and close to the highway.

I did not like this hotel at all. It was dirty and the bathroom had mold all around the tub.

Location was the only good part. Everything was awful. This hotel was awful. They had no soap in the rooms. We asked about it, they said the soap truck didn't come that day. So we had to run to Wal-Mart to get some soap. The refrigerator didn't work; they had to come fix it. Then they told us they'd open the pool at 10 pm for an adult swim since there were 20 little kids running around that night. We thanked them, came back at 9:45 and they said, we decided to close the pool. Sorry. And that was that. The maintenance guy was a very polite and courteous person. The manager was a total joke. Do not stay at this hotel. This place is a joke.

The close location to the threat re and campus that constituted our evening engagement. The continental breakfast did not make any concessions to those with food allergies, such as lactose intolerant and gluten intolerant persons. The hotel was enjoyable and in a good location near the campus of Ohio University. The bed was very large and the bathroom facilities were adequate. Overall it was a very enjoyable and pleasant stay at here (Athens, OH).

Nothing. It had mice! The front desk was friendly but the stay was horrible. The room smelled like smoke. It was so bad that I smelled like a smoker by the time I left. I had to wash everything when I got home and if that wasn't bad enough we had a mouse in our room.

Best hotel for price value in Athens Ohio. Upgrade the continental breakfast to a breakfast. Will definitely stay here on my numerous trips to Athens, good value for price and it is a nice hotel.

Location was the deciding factor in staying here. Breakfast was ok in AM. There were "ants" in the room. On the floor under the head of the bed and even in the bed. Woke up feeling something crawling on us. Stayed here because of location. If staying again would bring can of bug spray.

Professional front desk. VERY hot in vending area. Overall a nice experience, front desk people seemed very professional, I would stay there again.

This hotel is very clean and has nice amenities like a pool and high speed Internet access. Good hotel. Would stay there again. The night staff was not friendly. She actually, "Shh"-ed us when we came in at night. HOW RUDE! High speed Internet and business center in the lobby was great! Still too expensive for an "Athens" hotel.

Location to OU campus, pool smell, no elevator It is the best hotel in Athens that I have booked. I would stay there again. It is just a very short drive from the campus and very easy to check in and out. I didn't like that fact there wasn't any elevator to the second floor. It is always difficult to lug luggage up a flight of stairs.
