Convenient, inexpensive, near many restaurants. Nothing, served purpose. A friendly, competent staff. Clean and comfortable room. Easy access from interstate near multiple restaurants.

Front desk and housekeeping personnel are efficient and friendly. Everything is exceptionally clean. Set off from the highway, the inn is very quiet. I highly recommend this location to others and will use it again myself.

This was our first experience using Baymont Inn. This hotel had an outside door lock broken. We reported it when we found it the first morning. It was fixed the next morning we checked out. Our room wasn't serviced the last day we were there. We asked about it and were given towels, etc. and the acting manager took out our trash after I specifically asked about it. He said due to the distance his cleaning person would travel, he wouldn't call her back to clean our room. We asked about any compensation and he said he could not refund any money since we had booked thru the travel website. He said he would call his general manager but no one contacted us before we checked out. I called Baymont Hotels Customer Service when we got home and they said they would give our information to the general manager of this certain hotel. And we still have not been contacted. With small children it's important to stay at a hotel that stands behind it's services. We will not be using Baymont Inn again. We'll pay more, using a trusted hotel with an accomodating staff and dependable room service.

Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and nice. Found nothing wrong. We had 2 rooms and enjoyed our stay. We were pleased with the rooms and hotel features. Everyone was nice and we felt very safe.

Terrific place to stay..very clean. Room smelled great every day. Particularly loved the hot tub/spa Plus the pool and spa were indoors...wonderful amenities!

Price and proximity to Auburn. Loud kids and loud foot steps. Very basic economy hotel. No frills. Lot's of kids were staying here and they were loud.

It was easy to find and close to my appointments. Nothing It was a hotel that had about 60 rooms but was handled well. I liked my stay there because it was wireless so I could work my computer inside my room. I would recommend it to others.

The staff was very accommodating. They were working on the roof which was very distracting. Once the roof work is complete, it will be a great place to stay.
