First time trip to Hot Springs! Enjoyed experience.....hotel close enough to business district to get whatever you need, but far away enough to enjoy a peaceful and quiet anniversary.

Would love to stay here again...the view from deck -- awesome. Breakfast -- delicious. Bed -- oh so comfy. Pool -- very nice w/ a view. Staff -- very kind.

The rooms were too small for family of 3 (for the price). Our view was of the parking lot. Would have been nice to view the lake. Room was clean. Furnishings were ok. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was nice.

Location/ease of access to attractions. Clean facilities, good location to attractions, easy to find, and lake view would have been great if I'd actually gotten that as expected. Bed a little stiff for my preferences, but roomy.

Loved the lake view! The breakfast was excellent,with a good variety to choose from.Hot sausage, biscuits and gravy.Great waffles and wonderful fresh orange juice.The room was very nice,comfortable and clean.The one thing that could be improved on is the pillows.The pillows need to be a better quality and much larger.Overall the bed was quite comfortable.

The rooms were super quiet and very comfortable. Room was fairly clean, not spotless but nothing too major. Pool was nice and the location right off of the Lake was great. Request a lake side room and you get a balcony that overlooks the lake. The staff were really friendly and the hot breakfast was fantastic.

Lake view. Taking a Right turn on Highway 7 North is some what risky. We had a good time staying in this hotel.

The room were real nice. Not very big though. The Motel is away from everything, and is nice, and quiet. I really like it. They also have condos that I would have rather stayed at. This place didn't blow me away, but it was nice. The back patio at night had a good bit of bugs, but that what you get when you are on the water. The pool was a little small, but nice. Everything was clean. This place is more for family.

Beautiful view of Lake Hamilton. The only thing I didn't like was that there were no rooms with double beds that faced the lake.

I liked that it was on the water. The trash under the wooden deck. It was a nice hotel, we didn't stay long just one night. Breakfast was a definate plus.

Our trip was very good until bedtime. The hotel was good in most respects. The sheets and mattress pad were very bad. Sheets were like gauze.I just wonder how much one would be required to pay for percale? I shall be sure to ask next time.

The friendly service. The pool was closed. This hotel was in a wonderful location. The staff was nice and friendly. The view from the hotel window or balcony was beautiful and romantic. This hotel was fit for family, romance or the busy business person. The breakfast has a big variety and should suit everyone. I really have no negatives about this hotel.

The Baymont was wonderful! The staff was excellent! Great place, and was sooooo peaceful. We had a great time away from all that downtown traffic and noise.

The experience we had was very pleasant. I just wish that a balcony suite had be available. When we inquired, we were told none were available. I hope on our next visit we stay in one of the balcony suites.

Six miles from historic downtown area. It is a new hotel located right on the lake. Our room overlooked the water and was the highlight of the stay.

the Baymont was very comfortable and our room was very clean.my husband and I both had plenty of space.

Quick late check in and great pillows. The front desk staff was courteous and professional and checked us in quickly. The view of the lake from the breakfast room was beautiful even though it was a dreary day. The pillows were great and the room was very, very clean.
