Very clean. No complaints. Good, clean economy hotel, safe area and close to the airport and casinos.

My husband was in the hospital with heart surgery and they could not do enough for me. They gave me a great rate anda good room. The staff went out of thier way for me. This is not the first time I have stayed there and it will not be the last. Thank you It made my husband do btter not having to worry about me being on a limited income.

Close to everything we need. We stayed on 8/1/08 and also on 08/09/08 the first stay was great, outgoing staff but the next time, on the 08/09/08 was not so great, not very friendly, not helpful like the first time, very upset with hotel this time.

Do not even consider this Hotel. Who ever owns it has no pride in there business. When I walked in my room I was appauled by the run down appearance. There was dry wall tape hanging off the ceiling and a bad smell. The paint / fixtures look 20 years old. I was charged *for the night and could not get a refund from the manager. I mistakenly ignored the other bad reviews for this property as it was a Friday night and all the rooms in Reno were high. *** Do Not Consider this Property****

The hot tub was the only thing that I liked at all! Dirty, not friendly, bad neighborhood, disgusting. Honestly, I would never ever recommend that place!

The Travelodge was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was in excellent condition and very clean. The room had everything we needed and was very clean. There were a few things that were in need of repair but they didn't inconvience us .We would definitely stay there again as it was very centrally located to the places we wanted to go to and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rates were excellent and saved us alot of money so we decided it was a great place to stay.

Price, close to airport, shuttle service andfree breakfast. Slightly run down. This Motel is showing some age and needs remodeling.

our room was next to the pool with a patio. Wonderful location. Too bad the air conditioning didn't work, duct tape was around the sliding door, lock broken on door.

Only one thing I can say. The front desk guy was very helpful and nice. Everything else was less than poor. I did not like anything about the hotel, it was dirty, run down. This hotel was dirty, run down. There is no star value to appoint. It was the worst Travelodge I have ever been to.

Unless you like filth, rude service and drug addicts. Seems it's a stop off point for local homeless. VERY bad neighborhood, and NO restaurants near by. LOTS of other places to stay in Reno. Book at your own risk.

I did not like this hotel at all. The elevator was sub par and dirty as was the room. This hotel rents to permanent guests who congregate in the halls blocking the entrances and exits to the room and filling the area with cigarette smoke. It does not matter if you get a non-smoking room because you have to walk through a cloud of second-hand smoke to get there. These people are noisy and rowdy. The elevators were dirty and in disrepair. One guest said that the 4th floor light indicator had been out for a year or more. The elevator was very slow when it finally did start up and it clunked harshly when it stopped. The carpets in the room were filthy. The coffee pot did not work. The room was dark and dank and smelled bad. The bed was okay, but because of the appearance of the room, I was uncomfortable sleeping there and was worried that the sheets might not be clean. The toilet was super small and they had some kind of riser blocks installed on the seat. The bathroom was very small.

"I'll make this short and to the point . We checked in, walked through the smoked filled hallways, Opened the door to our room then immediately turned around and left. I didn't even bother with a refund since it was pre-paid through Travel agent. I have one word for this property ""Discusting"". I would not put my family on those bug infested beds. The room looked like it had never been cleaned. Would not even bother with this place if I were you."

Leaving it. Plugged bathroom sink, limited parking, sparse lobby room, heavy chlorine smell. The sheets smelled of chlorine. The bathroom sink was clogged both days we stayed there. There was not enough parking lot parking. While they did offer a shuttle downtown, it only ran until 10 pm so no late night outings were allowed. The entire property was hard surfaced pavement or concrete with little visual appeal.

"Hotel was clean and roomy, Need better towels"

Absolutely nothing, it was dirty, staff was not professional. I would not let my dog stay there. Everything was wrong with this hotel. The hotel location was not safe, it was dirty, staff was not professional, low class all around. A very scary experience for me. Very disappointed.

Very good value for money we spent. Free breakfast certainly helps the budget when you are travelling with a family

The staff was friendly. The room was very small and there was no air. The water didn't get hot for shower. The beds were a little uncomfortable, but the hotel is in a good locaion.

When we arrived the parking lot was over filled, location was far from the main casinos, and the rooms were janky! The shower was broken for the entire first day we were there. Complimentary breakfast was cold cereal and packaged pastries. Blah!

It was in Reno. Had to pay $6.95 for free Internet. Questionable neighborhood, I liked to walk every morning for exercise - probably not a good idea around there! One reason I used this hotel was the kitchenette - butall it had was poor, basic appliances - no cups, plates, silverware, pots, etc. They had a big banner - Free Internet - it didn't work! I had to pay $6.95 to use their 1 bar wireless. I worked with the manager to get it working - multiple times - no avail. Very tired hotel.

"This place is not clean. Everything smells like a smoke. No jacuzzi/sauna broken I guess. Rude staff. Breakfast a joke. Mold in bathroom, floors not washed in rooms. "
