for the money, the hotel was fine. Rooms were a little small. The location was great. There were a few resturants and bars you could walk to. We chose a bayview room however, I was a little disappointed in the view. The bar was very nice and airy. Pool was fine. I would definitely not catagorize this as a "luxury" hotel.Try Sushi Thai if you go. Great Sushi and only about 7 blocks away. Naples zoo was very disappointing for the admission price. Tin city was fun.

Decorated like a high priced upscale hotel. Very nice view of the water & windows can be opened. Had a little issue w/water drainage in the sink. Not enough to complain though. Great location with restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Try Roy's, behind the hotel. Nice atmosphere and good food.

Second stay at this hotel. Had a first floor room with view of parking lot. Front desk said $ per night more for view of the pool. The toilet paper roller was broken, as was the hairdryer. On Sunday afternoon, there was a birthday party going on at the patio between the bar and the swimming pool, with a 2-man group playing so loud we couldn't get away from the noise. That night, several loud drunks were in the lobby just down the hall from our room -- took two calls to the front desk before they would do anything. On Monday night, I had to walk into the kitchen to get someone to serve me a drink at the bar.

The City View room is located on a very high traffic street. The window (extremely small) was of poor quality and the room was very NOISY. When I asked to be moved, they refused because I had booked a City View room through the travel website. The front desk was insensitive and poorly mannered. The room was overpriced for a very standard small room. The location was nice IF you were NOT on a City View room (which was a view of an abandoned lot - not the city!) It is conveniently located to Tin City but not downtown Naples.

Great pool and Jacuzzi, walkable to great restuarants, shops and boat cruises. On site restuarant bar was very nice, and everything was easygoing and fun

Boutique style comfortable rooms. Great decor, bedding and flat screen 37"TV. Small size room. No refrigerator. No climate control and loud AC. Great rooms and comfortable beds and bedding. Bay view on second floor or higher is good. When I arrived the clerk told me that the room type I had paid for and booked was not available. because of oversell. Refusing to settle for less the clerk mysteriously found the room I had paid for after a while. Once settled in the room I paid for my stay was great.

Service from the staff was very good and the rooms were clean. Breakfast by the water is the best part of the hotel. The area is very busy, but quiet from inside the room. There are no refrigerators in the room. However, it is a good bang for the buck.

Hotel is is completely remodeled and spotless from top to bottom. Water view rooms are worth the extra cost. The beds are very comfortable with high end pillow tops. Room had a large flat screen tv.

The hotel was very nice. It's within walking distance to 5th Avenue and the beach. It's on the bay with pretty views. Our only complaints were the lack of a fridge in the room with a $20 charge per day and the lack of balconies.

Room was nice. Small hotel with a slight upscale feel. Nice for a couples get away. Not a short walk to the shops on 5th as I was told prior to arrival. Nice hotel, 3 star at least. Pool is cute but kids would be disappointed (too small for them). Good outdoor bar. Nice views. Right near bay shops but very few shops there. You can walk to shops on fifth but I don¿t think it would be wise (lots of traffic and I am not sure how safe a walk by yourself). Most of staff nice. The woman that checked me in was totally rude. When I told her that I have never seen this before and nothing on the bill reflected anything of mine, she was rude. I still think things are screwed up and I won¿t be surprised if my credit card statement is wrong when I get it.

i arrived late and left early, so i didn't take advantage of everything the hotel has. but the room was nice, great bed, shower, flat screen tv. only problem, they forgot my wake up call and the alarm clock didn't work... had a friend wake me up. hotel very close to tin city

Exactly as described on the internet. The hotel is located near restaurants, theatres and only a mile from the beach, just as advertised. The hotel was clean, well kept up and comfotable. it was also quiet. One of the reviews I read before booking was that it was noisy - it is near a large roadway and the airport is nearby - but we heard none of this having booked on the harbour side. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel has a terrace bar/restaurant which overlooks a small harbour and was an intersting view.

Beautiful, friendly, warm atmosphere and people. Clean, clean ... Nothing,,, I think this hotel is wonderful. From the moment you pull into the parking lot to the last second as you pull out on the road, you feel like you are part of the family. The lobby, parking area, hallways and rooms are clean, freshly painted and continuously maintained by the quiet non obtrusive staff. Rich moldings, warm colors comfortable beds and pillows, great soaps and shampoos... I highly recommend this hotel to anyone young, old, business, pleasure, couples a great place to stay when visiting Naples, Florida.

Suite pictured wasn't like actual suite. Toilet backed up, but it was a nice place to sleep. The license in elevator said ""Comfort Inn""- it's either still a Comfort Inn or just changed hands. Would've had no problem staying in a comfort inn, just feel like it's misleading. Everything in the suite was new. You have to look close for the sign, I passed it twice before finding it. There's no entrance on 5th, you enter from Goodlette-Frank. Misleading- you think your booking a room on the posh 5th Ave, but technically not. Good stay, wish it gave clearer picture online.

The hotel is in a great location; nice patio restaurant/bar too. Room was clean and spacious, but common areas of the hotel are a bit dated.

Very clean rooms nice large TV. in rooms. Very few extras such as pool and things to do. This is a great hotel to stay. It is right on the water and is not a huge hotel. It has nice simple rooms and is great unless you are looking for things to do without leaving the hotel grounds.

staff was not very friendly. bartender tried to overcharge during happy hour and was insulted that it was brought to her attention. bar staff was more concerned with her friends than the tourists.

The service they provide. No free wireless internet in the rooms. My Stay at the Bay front Inn was one of my best experience this at a Hotel, and I've been on the road for 9 months now.

The hotel itself is very nice. We encoutered two problems with our stay. The first is the hotel's towels. They do not have enough. If you do not ask for them first thing in the morning, they run out. The second is the price for the hotel.
