I don't normally do this but please do not stay at this hotel. We booked online and when we got to the hotel the guy tried to charge me twice for the room. We paid for two nights, after one night I get a phone call and a knock at the door telling us we forgot to check out. Sunday morning at the crack of dawn, the fire alarm goes off. Everytime somone flushed a toliet or took a shower we heard the pipes in the wall rattle. I just got off the phone with the "manager" about my experience and he did nothing to make up for this bad experience. Your money would do you better someplace else.

It had great location in Foley. The Front desk was nice. They had a small continental breakfast. Overall a good affordable place to stay.

we stayed here during the month of july 2007 and had 3 children with us for a family vacation and we had the best experience at bay inn. the staff were friendly and it was a very clean hotel, It shocked us.we will definally tell our friends and family to stay here when they are here in Foley, Al.

The hotel was clean, affordable, and in a nice location--10 miles or so from the beaches at Gulf Shores. The only complaint I would have is with the continental breakfast. They always seemed to be out of something, and there was always a line for the (lone) waffle maker. The staff did not leave the spray for it out and available, meaning that most waffles came apart as one took them from the machine.

I liked the location of this Hotel the price was reasonable. It was a great place to stay because, there was plenty of places to shop and a variety of restaurants near the Hotel.

Staff was friendly. The room was a little small, but very clean. Overall would've been worth more than we paid. Only negative was the 10:30am check-out. When I asked about a late check-out, I was told it would be at 11am for a $20 charge. But that was the ONLY negative thing about this hotel. Overall, a great place to stay. Convenient to shopping, food, and close enough to be at the beach in about 10-15 minutes! Had a great time!

There was no desk clerk available upon check-in. The only person in the entire facility was the maintenance man, who had to call his manager in order to find the desk clerk, who was at another nearby facility. We waited at the front desk for 30 minutes before we were finally able to check in. Wireless internet did not work, and we were issued a cable in order to use the internet connection. Pool was dirty and unable to be used. No amenities such as toilet items in bathroom.
