My kids and I had so much fun, there was always something to do, lots of shopping, tons of food and we didnt have to leave the block! And there was a shuttle to drive us.

The hotel was clean and the suite we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. We are from as tourist town and the rooms comparable here are atleast 100+ per night. The game rooms were fun and the pools were great. The food was excellent. We go eavery year after tax season and always make reservations for the next year. The staff was always helpful and friendly. We could not have asked for a better vacation.

Our family stays here at least once a year. It's just a short walk over the bridged to the downtown shopping. The Lodge itself is clean. The bathrooms were fairly clean, not as clean as would have liked. The towels in the bathroom were dusty on the shelf and the tub drain didn't drain well. The mattresses on the Murphy beds were hard as a rock! hopefully they are being changed as many rooms at that time were being remodeled. Food is good and plentiful. Wish there was a microwave in the room because it's hard to warm up baby bottles and leftover food for a midnight snack. Room did have fridge and coffee pot. Wish the coffee pot was on a table near the fridge, because it was in the way on the only sink/counter in the room. We always go during a slow time so the noise isn't an issue. Staff is nice. Wish there were some more channels on the cable like movie channels and such. Also a dvd/vcr player for those with kids. There are 5 pools but we didn't use them. I could smell the chlorine, so I know they were clean! When we were downstairs in the Ratskeller lounge, there were maybe 5 people using that pool, and up in the adult only pool maybe 3 people. It wasn't crowded. The Ratskeller as GREAT pizza. Somethings maybe a bit pricey but you can get so much food in the Ratskeller...burgers, pizza appetizers, chicken fingers, breakfast, ice cream, nachos...etc....There are arcade games for kids and adults, putt putt and even a gift shop. There is also a gift shop near the lobby which stocks some snacks, beer, wine coolers, painkillers, various toiletries for men and woman, cute gifts, coffee, juice and pop.....

The Bavarian Inn is a great place to stay, with two floors of games for the kids, 5 indoors pools, and a bar for the adults. However, booking on Online Travel Website is much more expensive than booking directly through the hotel website.

This place is great for families, kids, kids every where. We were on a weekend and it was a Ladies retreat. VERY noisy. Pools and hot tubs grossly overcrowded, even in the adult only poor/hot tub. If you have any complaints or need anything, especially with a group, they pretty much ignore you and tell you that's the way it is. It IS clean. Food is average and overpriced. There are better places in Frankenmuth for the .
