The Battle House is a beautiful place to stay when visiting downtown Mobile. Hotel was just a couple of blocks from the office I was working at. Furnishings were very high class, separate bath and shower, wonderful linens. This is a top notch luxury hotel. There was some noise from trains at night as noted in previous reviews, but I didn't have any trouble sleeping. Staff was very helpful. Highly recommeded.

The historic Battle House has been beautifully renovated. It's a gem. The hotel is over air conditioned throughout. Even with it turned off in the room, it was still too cold for us. Beautiful hotel with a friendly helpful staff. Who could ask for more.

The Battlehouse is not only a beautiful and historic site; it is a wonderful place for a romantic get-away. The rooms are luxurious, spacious, and quiet. The staff is very accommodating. Night life in downtown Mobile is quite lively. The hotel has 2 bars/restaurants of its own. It now has a spa which we did not have time to visit this trip. We will definitely be back.

The BattleHouse Hotel is excellent for spending time with that special one on a special occasion. I spent my 25th birthday weekend at the BattleHouse. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was security at the front entrance no matter what time of the day it was. Each afternoon they would provide you with the weather forecast for the following day. Each morning the newspaper was waiting when I opened the door. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable that I've ever slept on. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a lot of history and attention to detail in everyway. The bar menu was a little limited. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice and service was great.

The staff is awesome! No pool yet. Awesome hotel, the difference between a good hotel and a great hotel is the staff, these people were the best ever! Micheal in the hotels restaurants is awesome! The roof top gardens were our favorite place to hang out with our children and relax. Rooms are excellent! I am very picky about hotels and this place made the grade.

Spacious bathroom and separate shower and deep tub. Main restaurant was not open on Sunday night so I had to dine in the bar. Room service menu was limited. Excellent hotel offering convenience, relaxation and more amenities than most. Great staff and good food. Specialties which catered to the business traveler.

Beautiful lobby and common areas and the staff was very helpful. The room was lovely. The gym was undergoing renovations and not available. The YMCA alternative was not very appealing to me.

The room was gorgeous as was the lobby. They forgot to clean the room so we had no towels and the beds were unmade at 2AM. Everything was beautiful, the food was average and the staff did not know the hotel very well.

Nice decor and interesting. Not completely remodeled incomplete fitness center. Fitness center not completed. Received pass to YMCA, 3 blocks away in a not so nice neighborhood. Staff was friendly but new nothing of area. Checked out in morning had to call to find anyone to check out lobby was completely vacant not even the front parking attendant. Neighborhood is still being reclaimed, and after dark looked very risky.
