*** SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE ***. Firstly, I have stayed here once before ... but, I will never, ever stay here again. There is much better value at other motels in Kuta/Legian. The Superior Room we had was absolutely no different to the Standard Room ... and it cost me $15USD per night more! There were no bath mats; no in-house movies; no coffee making facilities (let alone a jug or kettle); no DVD player; a piddling-small TV that had lousy reception; and very over-priced room service and mini bar. Front Office Staff, whilst friendly, really could not care less about you and are only interested in taking your money. On the last 2 nights on our stay, huge all-night parties happened two doors up from us ... the mongrels even had the hide to sit at our balcony drinking because there was too many people on their own balcony to fit them all! When Security Staff finally realised that there was a huge amount of noise at 3am in the morning (read this as idiots continually screaming at the top of their lungs; repeated foul and degrading language; prostitutes screaming NO , NO ... DON’T over and over again, and smashing glass and bottles) and went to the room causing all the noise; they did not tell them to tone it down ... THEY STARTED DRINKING WITH THEM INSTEAD. When we bought our complaint to the Front Office Staff they simply were not interested; but still took the extra money. So, if you want a budget hotel in the Kuta/Legian area, you would do well to give this place a huge miss ... Mark (Darwin – July 2009).

Excellent Kuta location in Poppies Lane near beach. Two pools with poolside restaurant always open. Good buffet breakfast included in room price. Ideal for families or groups. Third time stay has been upgraded over the last two years.

Fantastic location 2 minutes from Legian (main street of Kuta with all the clubs and restaurants) yet quiet and secluded. 2 pools, one open 24 hrs a day. Helpful staff, clean room with a nice bed and spacious bathroom (shower only, room 208), breakfast included in the price. Would definitely stay there again if staying in Kuta.
