What are your breakfast options?: For breakfast, the only options on property would be the Woodlands Grill or to order room service. Breakfast is served from 7:30am to 11:00am. If you want to travel off property, there are a few chain restaurants in Adairsville which is about 10 miles away. Your options there would be Waffle House, Cracker Barrel, Burger King, McDonald’s, and Hardees. There is a small breakfast restaurant called Owen’s Biscuits that has excellent breakfast and resembles a nice home-cooked meal.
What can I do nearby?: As far as attractions near here, there are quite a few to choose from. We have the museum on property and a historian who can tell you all the stories of the family of Godfrey Barnsley and of the history. If you want to travel off property, there are the Tellus Science Museum, the Etowah Indian Mounds, the Booth Western Art Museum, and some cute stores downtown for shopping in Cartersville, GA. In Rome, GA, there aren’t any area attractions but again there are some really cute stores downtown.
