The hotel was nice. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was real nice, loved the spa like tub. Enjoyed the fireworks on the balcony from our room, great show.

yes there was no cleaning available and no fresh towels or fresh coffee in the room not ocean view like it was on the booking and no fridge or micro in room also a very bad sewer smell in the entrance every day. would never like to stay there again

My experience at the hotel was great. However, when I went to check in, I was told that the rental agency didn't make it a practice to rent to "locals." I was surprised by that policy as no where was that mentioned when I made the reservation through Cheap Tickets. Though the rental agent was accommodating, the policy had the potential to make my rental experience very uncomfortable. It was the holiday weekend and finding other suitable arrangements would have been difficult. I sugguest that the "no locals" policy be plain and upfront. (Even though I think it's a dumb policy.)

The hotel is a newer hotel and the rooms were great. They were super clean as were the entire resort grounds. The pool area is pretty big and sutied my needs. The view of the waterway is also great! The location is great also because you are just steps away from Barefoot Landing. The only hitch we had during our stay was check in, we didn't know exactly where to go to but after we found out where to go it was a breeze.

This is certainly not 4 star. I would rate it perhaps as a 2 1/2. The room was not very clean. Scuff marks on the walls, furniture was damaged. Garbage was not picked up. There was no cleaning service or replenishing of towels during the entire 5 night stay. Decor was dated. Kitchen not fully equipped. My sister who booked directly through Premier Resorts had a much better experience.

The villa was very nice, in a good location, and nicely appointed. However, there was an on site pool that was not easily accessible. At the resort we were told that we needed id bracelets issued by the management company. They, in turn said that "corporate" hadn't provided them and directed us to a pool to which we had to drive, rather than the one located directly in front of our condo. Bummer

No one came to clean room for the three days that we stayed there. The linen was never changed and when requesting clean toweLs was told that was an additional charge. There was no iron available and we had to actually clean our room to stay there for three nights and four days.

The hotel overall was nice, however, there was some hidden info not provided. The taxi ride from the airport to the hotel was expensive and better off renting a car. The directions given to check in at the hotel were incorrect so we ended up having to pay more for the taxi. Since its a timeshare and not a hotel we were given 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 bar of soap only. We were told we had to buy anything after that. The breakfast buffet was $14 and there was no buffet out and they had no menu. They said we could ask for what we wanted and they could make it yet the buffet was not out. We still had to pay the $14. Overall, the beach was beautiful and the pool was nice and shops were close by. The shuttle to the beach was nice. Minus the minor inconviences mentioned above It was a good trip

I was disappointed in the service. The sheets on one of the beds were dirty, obviously not changed from the previous occupant. A refrigerator in the room would have been welcome, and access to an ice machine. The only staff we saw was when I had someone come to change the sheets shortly after my arrival.

We bought our room through Orbitz, but unknown to us, the room was actually sold through a company called "Beach Vacations" for a room in Barefoot Yacht Club & Resort. Our room keys had to be picked up off site, and once they were retieved, they DIDN'T WORK, resulting in having to have security open the room for us any time we wanted to get in to it, not to mention the untold cab fare necessary to fix all of this. The Barefoot staff was completely unwilling to help us to fix this problem. I will never stay here again.

I have never been to a hotel that rationed the toilet paper befor!! We had four rolls for six people staying five nights. The rooms were big and clean but some items needed fixing (burnt fry pan, broken light with bulbs missing). No creme rinse, and shampoo was inexpensive quality (if you arrive by plane, liquids can be an issue) For the size of the room, the price was reasonable, but definitly not four stars, MAYBE two. Diffrent areas are under diffrent management companies, and I don't know if other sections are better as far as the amenities. The location, if you have a car was convienient, and if you want to relax in a green quiet area it was well kept lawns. Staff at main lobby was not very friendly or helpful. key pick up is not on site, and the information I received did not indicate where keys were to be picked up.

The arrival was kind of confusing we had no idea that we needed to go to a vacation rental place and not the hotel itself. Other than that the hotel was awesome we arrived to the room and it was spotless. It was a great location close to the beach and close to all kinds of attractions. The only complaint that we had was that there was no house keeping the 4 days we stayed. Other than that we would definitely recommend it to others.

The Condo at Bearfoot was wonderful and relaxing. The only problem we had was with orbitz's itself and not giving us any information on the check in policies. We arrived at 9:00am and was told after I wrote to both Orbitz & the property that we needed an early check in and we would have been happy to pay extra for that but upon arrival we were told we had to wait until between 3-5pm to check in. We had been up all night with a 6am. flight and were dead tired and just wanted to go to bed. I called Orbitzs and they were totally not helpful so we slept in our car for a few hours until we could check in it was very horrible But after the first things with the check in we had a beautiful time and relaxed and rested all week. We lost a whole day of our trip because of check in and I was completely mad about it. The trip was to short (6 days) you might need more time. The property is beautiful and you need a car to get around or you will be stuck their which is not that bad but you need to get around. The beach is beautiful although most of the happenings are at the other end at South Beach which is only about 3 miles from the property. Their are lots of wonderful resteraunts and things to do.

my wife and i booked this as a 4star hotel listed on orbitz for our 30th wedding anniversary expecting the amenities of a 4 star hotel! there were none! because it is not a hotel it is a condo complex that some how listed it self as a hotel with orbitz!the check in is handled by a management company that is not on site ,it is about 3/4 of a mile from the property which came as a suprise when we arrived and found no were to check in at the condo complex.the next day after returning to our room we found that no maid service is provided only if you pay for it! i do have to say the pool was nice but the attendant tried to lock us in at about 9:45pm one nite so get out by 9:30 !

beautiful rooms clean well maintained. Seemed to be some animosity between Orbitz staff and resort staff. Had to leave grounds to pick up keys. Resort staff said we were on our home if we needed anything. Everything was fine so didn't need assistance' staff said to call them next time.
