excellent luxury hotel Friendly staff .. a totally superb room ...huge !!! comfortable bed ... spotlessly clean ... a wonderful experience ....and a banquet for breakfast !!!

I have stayed here twice. The first time, the air conditioning and internet wasn't working. Had to be moved three times. No compensation was given to me. The second time, the wallpaper was beginning to come off the wall, and the shower head wouldn't stay at head level (it was on a sliding bar, and it kept falling to the bottom).

Clean and nice hotel, not the best service, we ask 4 times in reception about closing our window, and eventually someone come to the room, next day... Also i think, manager in the restaurant not very nice for a guest, but hotel good for location and price.

New, modern and convenient hotel. Comfortable beds and room soundproof. Attached right to the train station, and adjacent to a shopping complex if you need anything. Helpful staff. Small fitness centre and sauna.

Excellent location. especially for anyone wanting to visit Andalucia by bus and train. Great buffet breakfast. Lack of a proper bar a drawback.

A nice enough 'funky' room, a bit better than your standard. Bed's were a little uncomfortable & a double room shouldn't mean 2 single beds pushed together but overall no real complaints. What really makes this hotel stand out was the helpful staff - 10 out of 10 for customer service! That being said, they stopped us leaving the breakfast room eating an apple! - Rules are rules though! :-)

Great station locationGreat location for travellers, with an entrance directly from the concourse of the train station and only 100m from the bus station (and therefore great for the airport by bus or train). On the other hand, a good 20mins stroll across the river to the old town where the sights and restaurants are.Very smart, designer-y but comfortable room, great shower. Extensive breakfast buffet. Multilingual and pleasant staff.

we have stayed in a lot of hotels in Malaga, but this one was the best by miles, breakfast was inc in our room rate and was very good although we did not have any of the cava on offer (a bit to early for us) a 5 euro taxi ride to the centre of town or a 15 min walk.

Great, stylish hotel, dead handy for the station - so get the train from the airport, it's right there. Good breakfast. Only downside is it was 10-15 minute walk to the centre of town.
