A little 'worn about the edges' but Ok for a stop near the City. Food was in the Grill room and was good enough value.

It was very kind of them to allow us to check in early. The room was very spacious. Not much in the surrounding areas though.

the only thing wrong with this hotel was the water pressure in the shower. apart from that alround good hotel

The radiators in both of our party's bathrooms were very noisy and seemed to be full of air. The corridors were rather hot and it was generally quite clean. The service was ok although was better on the first night when they were busy than on the second when they were not.

Excellent food in the busy bar on the lower ground floor. Breakfast also good. Rooms spacious and clean. My room had been newly refurbished but the decor is very bland.

Would appreciate if guests were forewarned about wedding parties at hotel. Not only was it extremely busy in the bars, the restaurant full and kids running wild, any sleep before 4.00am was impossible as the party went on in bedrooms adjacent. Not so good when we had to get up at 6.00am!

We had stayed at the Balmoral a couple of times before - there has been quite a lot of improvements in decor and furnishings since then. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is friendly and welcoming.

Room and value for money has been ranked low due to lack of hot water , poor shower and poor TV reception.

Quite a way out of Belfast centre.I do not think it is suitable for people staying there on business. It is much more for families.
