Staff was very polite and friendly, but the room was not very clean and was only cleaned every other day. The room was so dusty that my wife almost went to the housekeeping staff to borrow a vacum cleaner.

Cold supply in the room. Paid for internet, clouded after take a bath. Need new pillows.

Good location and easy access to other Casinos. Room was great size. Carpet was a little tired but the bathroom was recently refurbished. Took about 45 minutes to check in - long queues - even though it was mid afternoon on Sunday. Staff were friendly. Pricing was good though got cheaper closer to the time of our trip.

Our room was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool area. The pool was a very long walk from the guest rooms. Excellent location on the Las Vegas strip. Beautiful room and excellent service. Would stay at Bally's again and recommend to friends and family.

Room was ready upon check in and met expectations...had no problem with the reservation, so the system for hotel club.com worked. Would use the system again and consider Bally's as an option. Hotel has a monorail link which helped us get around to other hotels and shows. Overall compared to my other visits to Vegas the hotel was a good stay and everything was in order in the room and worked. Express check out was simple on the TV and hotel staff helpful.

check in was easy and quick. the room was huge and very clean. Bed linen and towels changed daily. Hotel location was excellent, right in the heart of the strip. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was a bit basic compared to pools at other hotels, but we didnt go to LV to sit by a pool. Would have been nice to have a fridge in the room but i later found out i could have had one if i had asked. Would recommend this hotel. Had a great time there

Bally's is a very nice hotel that is right in the middle of all the excitement on the strip. The rooms were very clean but the beds were hard (who sleeps in Vegas anyway, right!). I would definitely consider staying at Bally's again in the future. Awesome room rates!

Location. Poor value & service in restaurants, too few cocktail waitresses in casino.

With location on the Strip and good service I would stay in this Hotel also next time. As usal in Vegas - long way from reception to rooms.

Check in line was long and there were only 2 people doing the check in so the wait time inline was long. Once we did arrive to the check in person, she was great. She was very helpful, cheerful, and spotted a room for us with a great view. She made waiting in line worth it. The room was fairly clean. It was my daughters first trip to Vegas and we enjoyed walking around and just enjoying the sites. We loved sitting by the pool, listening to music, and talking with our friends.

Room, reception and so were OK. Waiting lines for the "Sidewalk" restaurant are very long, certainly when you see then the place is half empty!

Went to a convention there at the Paris Hotel. The stay at Bally's exceeded my expectations! I certainly will make it a point to stay there again and again!

Spacious rooms. Had a better room earlier in the week for lower price. Nice, but I expected the same type of room I had earlier in the week. The checking person did not satisfy my request. Otherwise everything was fine.

Outstanding value for money. I would definitely go back if the same rate is still available. I am very particular about cleanliness, bed sheets, bathroom, etc. I emailed and rang not less than 8 hotels in Vegas before deciding on going for the Bally's. If I OK it, I am almost certain it would meet most people's expectations. I was in Vegas for an annual convention (not a vacation or gambling). My only reservation, if any, the Hotel should deploy staff to assist business guests as they do for other guests. Given the time (and money), I'd love to go back, stay at the Bally's and enjoy Las Vegas. In brief, The Bally's LV was one of the best and for the rate I paid, it was several times better than most expensive hotels in other resorts.

At first our check-in seemed it would take forever, there were only 2 clerks working at the time and a full line, but before you knew it the Platinum check-in staff were right over and got everyone taken care of. Our room was nice and roomy...clean and it was quiet on the floor we were...we had a great time. We loved the central location too!

Just about everything. Parking lot was far from rooms.
