Ballarat Colonial Motor Inn offers a choice of Studio Suites, 1, 2, & 3 Bedroom serviced apartments, available daily, weekly or monthly. Our apartments have spacious lounge and dining areas, fully equipped kitchens, separate bathrooms and ensuites, 2 or more TVs, laundry facilities and ample space to relax in.

We have a fully licensed restaurant able to cater for both conferences and functions. Our meals are prepared professionally by qualified chefs who only work with quality ingredients. Set on 4.5 acres of well manicured lawns, the Ballarat Colonial also has a fully enclosed heated swimming pool and full size tennis court.
