the front desk agent at our arrival was not very friendly ,we just sleep there since the next morning we have to come back home ,but very disappointed because they charge us for the pick up bus from the airport to the hotel and the next morning to take us back to the airport the amount of 50.00 euros which in dollars represent US 100.00 . we were told they have free transportation when your agent make the reservation of our flight and hotel, but when we arrive the told us that was not thruth.

Smoke smell in room, and even stronger in hallway. No computer for customer use. Beds too soft. No charm or appeal, just a large skyscraper for tour groups, not too far from the Frankfurt airport. Nothing of interest to see nearby. Breakfast however was excellent and probably one of the best we have ever had at a hotel. Would definitely look for another hotel though. Did not meet 'four star' rating expectations. Parking fee.

This is a very basic hotel. We arrived on a very hot evening and learned this "modern" highrise hotel had no AC. Opening the door to the terrace helped, but then there was the noise of aircraft taking off and the danger of our 2 year old getting out on the 10th floor terrace. The staff was very nice, the breakfast was very good, the rooms are large, and the price was good but, in summer at least, this hotel is not a very good choice.

Very spacious room. Good breakfast. However, staffs unkind and unhelpful. Seems not deserve Four Stars (maybe three).
