Convenient, central, friendly roomsThree bedroom flat perfectly situated between the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Breakfast served in the room. Air conditioning. Kettle and fridge shared with other guests. Really friendly owner, Francesco, was fantastic. Excellent restaurant recommendations and itinerary suggestions. Would definitely recommend if you want somewhere convenient, well-priced and helpful.

A little hide away on Rome - excellent location for all sightsThe owener francesco was very helpful, he told su the tips for where to go and what to do in Rome with regard to sight seeing, eating and drinking. The room was quiet although no view however you spend little time in the room with so much to see and do it does not matter. You can walk to all sights with ease - very central and some great bars and restaurants within a minutes walk.

Our stay at Baldassini B&B was brilliant Franchesco was so friendly and offered great advice to get the most of out stay. The location was great having stayed in Rome before this was the best being near the Patheon made the rest of Rome easily accessible as we were very central with all sites only 10 minutes walk in different directions. The accomodation was lovely, very clean and comfortable with a breakfast to set you up for the whole day! I wuold go back to the Baldassini again as I enjoyed it so much.

A fantastically situated b&b, very friendly and helpful owner. As this was our first visit to Rome his quick guide to what to see and a route to follow was invaluable. It can be little difficult to find at first or on the dark until you get your bearings, as all you see from the narrow street is a doorway. Most of Romes attractions can be found on foot. The breakfast was nice, the room was adequate if a little basic, but as its only a base for some sleep its ok. We stayed in the Cobalt room which is nice and quiet away from the the front street. All in all a decent place to stay for a couple of days.

Excellent location, within easy walking distance of all the sights. Hotel Manager provided an excellent intinery for the three days we were in Rome and recommended a number of very good/more traditional eateries.

Fantastic - staying at the Baldassini B&B was like having your own apartment in the middle of Rome. Very central and Francesco, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but adequate for what we needed. If you need somewhere clean, safe and central then this is definitely the place to stay. I wouldn't suggest it for a family as there wasn't a huge amount of room nor the amenities of a large hotel but value for money was first class.

Brilliant location to explore Rome. After being greeted with a glass of fizz, our host Francesco armed us with a map and 3 possible walking itineraries for our 3 days in Rome taking in all the usual suspects of Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Colosseum, Vatican City, Flower Market, Piazza Navarro and the shopping areas. We missed nothing. Whilst our double room was not large, it was very comfortable and clean. Our breakfast was served at a time to suit us and ticked all the boxes for a good start to the day. Would definately recommend this hotel to others and intend to stay again myself.

Great Location, Great room, Great owner, but don't want anyone to know in case it gets too full for our return journey.

My friend and I were pleased with our choice of the Baldassini B&B. The accomodation was quite basic however it was clean and the facilities were adequate for our stay. The only issue we had was needing an iron on the evening of our of arrival, however there was no-one on the premises to ask for one- my friend had to make do with 'ironing' her jeans with her straightening irons! The B&B couldn't be any more central to the sights of Rome and the Proprietor was a very helpful and friendly man.All in all I found the Baldassini B&B to be exceptional value for money and would definately return.

Very friendly host who was wiling to accommodate any requests. Great location, 1 minute from Pantheon. Ideal for a weekend break. Only negative was apartment # 2 is next to side street which made it a little noisey at night (although ear plugs were provided!). Would definitely stay here again.

Had a fantastic time in Rome, made all the more better by staying at the Baldassini B&B. Located right in the centre of Rome, it meant all the main attractions were in walking distance. The rooms were very clean and well presented, and we were made to feel at home by Francesco who was a brilliant host. He was able to advise on the places to see and more importantly, what time to see them. I can't recommend this B&B highly enough. For the price (we had two rooms which cost between £50-60 each a night) it was a bargain. Put this into persepctive - we stayed in the middle of Rome, in a comfortable B&B with a good breakfast and excellent host for less than it would cost to stay in a Travel Lodge...Will definately go back in future.

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic weekend in Rome staying in this fantastically located B&B. Francesco the owner was very helpful, going above and beyond, by accompanying us to the travel agent for information about our train. He really is an excellent host. All main tourist sites are within very easy walking distance and it is nice to stay somewhere so central with full breakfast like a hotel but the freedom to come and go like an apartment. He has another place by the Colloseum which also looks great and we will be back there if we return to Rome again.

We were so pleased that we chose to stay at the Baldassini B&B during our recent trip to Roma. The location was brilliant - just round the corner from the Pantheon and within easy walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. We did so much walking, we reckoned we earned our evenings at the many local restaurants and bars (we particularly recommend Vinoteca Novecento for aperitifs)! The owner, Francesco, was extremely helpful and he provided great customer service. If you prefer a conventional hotel with lots of facilities, then Baldassini B&B is probably not for you. However, if, like us, you prefer more low-key and informal accommodation, then it's definitely for you! Our room was quite compact and not en suite. However, there was a private bathroom just outside the door and the room was surprisingly peaceful considering we were right in the historic centre. Francesco delivered a substantial continental breakfast to our room at a time to suit us and it was no problem to take food and drink into the room (there was a fridge in the corridor). Like one of the other reviewers mentioned, it was just like having a little apartment in the centre of Roma rather than staying in a hotel. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't stay for longer!

Really good B and B. The owner made us very welcome and gave very good directions from the airport. He was also great at giving advice on where to go for sightseeing and nearby restaurants. The location of the B and B could not be better. You can walk to everything and it is in a very safe area. I would highly recommend you book this B and B.
