Bahia Luminosa Resort Hotel Paquera

Bahia Luminosa is a casual hotel on the Gulf side of the Nicoya Peninsula, far from crowds but within easy passage to many of the most beautiful features of Western Costa Rica. Here you'll find plenty to do or nothing at all, it's up to you, whether it be fishing, scuba diving, horseback riding, lounging by the pool, or just swinging in a hammock. To arrive at the hotel you can take a local flight to Tambor Airfield and a taxi to the resort. The other option is to drive to Puntarenas Ferry Terminal, take a ferry; you'll land at either Naranjo or Paquera, and take a taxi to the hotel. There are 14 rooms with private baths and air condition, built within the past six years. The rooms are arranged in several separate groups of adjoining cabanas, located in distinct settings about the property to ensure privacy and pleasant accommodation. There are hammocks on the patios in front of the rooms. The resort has a pool and a restaurant servicing American and traditional Costa Rican cuisine.
