rooms where nice stayed there three days no one ever came to clean the room which was to be cleaned one day why we were there. did not get the room we were to we were going to get because we got there at 10am and check out is at 12pm and the room we were told we would be getting was still rented,so we would have to wait till 12pm for them to leave and told two hours for room to be cleaned. told they had tour imfo. which turned out to be just a magazine of costa rica and what you can do why you are there.Shuttle to airport was not arranged for us a tour van showed up and we had to pay them to take us or we would have to wait an hour for them to have the shuttle show up. condo was nice but the over all service was very poor. would think about staying some place different next time
